We've stayed there multiple times and have always been very happy. I just noticed some little things this stay. In the bathroom the top of the floor base board tiles was very dirty. Under the heater in the room was a little snowman window cling. My oxygen hose was under there and when I pulled it out the cling came with it. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress. Just little things like I said. Everything was decorated beautifully. Thank you for everything.

It was fantastic. Evy was a doll at night. The pool and spa wasn't working. I was becoming a crumudgeon, so we asked Evy if we could rehearse softly on the main floor. Only a few people walked by, but they all smiled. That's why we play.

A pleasant stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were pleasant. Great location just off the interstate. Close to historic town with interesting stores.

Pool was a little rundown, ceiling was falling down in spots. Hot tub looked dirty.

The pool was being renovated, but that's better then them not taking care of it, so I will just enjoy it next time.

First, the facility. One of the nicest we've stayed in. Everything was new. Halloween decorations were amazing! Room was a nice size and had the largest big screen TV I've ever seen in a hotel room. Additionally, The TV-entertainment center allowed one many options including STREAMING for Netflix, Amazon Prime and other services. Finally, the breakfast was excellent. REAL scrambled eggs, sausage gravy biscuits and an array of breads and bagels.

Really - nothing. I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Ladies serving food for breakfast were very patient and attentive. Food was good. Always made sure there was hot coffee ready. It appeared that you employed a lady who may have been special needs and I appreciate that; she was a good worker and kept the coffee coming.

It did not appear the room was cleaned during the day Saturday and we had no clean towels when we returned from the music festival Saturday. However, as soon as my wife called the front desk we were able to pick some up, so it was no big deal.

staff was very friendly and attentive, hotel was clean and well kept up. It was an added perk that there was free breakfast and cookies!

The swimming pool was broken. It would have been nice to know before hand. We would have gone somewhere else.

We are traveling with a dog and when I googled pet friendly hotels in Elkin, this hotel was first on the list with a very high rating so we booked it. In the special request section I told them we have a dog. When we arrived we were told only service dogs allowed. Kindly, after a phone call and extra minimal fee we were allowed to stay. So traveler beware, they do NOT want dogs other than service dogs and hopefully they can fix the issue with Google.
