Good location to where I needed to go. Very close to restaurants. Also, very nice staff. I actually slept better than I normally do in a motel. Also, they are pet friendly. And, even though the room was small it kind of reminded me of simpler times. Silly I know, but brought back a few memories.

Well, it's kind of dated but it looks like they are trying hard to make improvements. That is really a good thing. Maybe add the little chocolate doughnuts to the vending machine.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was very friendly and accomadating to our needs. Very close to Reeves Theatre. Affordable. We will stay here again, but only in Non-smoking rooms.

I wish we had been offered smoke free rooms, which is what my Mother and Sister had and their room was very nice, clean and pleasant smelling. We are former smokers so we ended up in a smoking room. Our rooms were very nasty. The bedspread had burn holes. The towels looked yellow and dingy. Sink and tub stains. The toilet was cracked. The smoke smell was horrible. It smelled so bad, we had to leave our door open, which was a mistake as the "smoking outside area" was right at our door! Everything we brought into the room (clothes, luggage) will need to be washed to remove the funky room smell.

This is the second time my son & I have stayed here. As this is an older hotel, it isn't perfect. However, it was clean and comfortable, the staff is very accommodating, it was close to where we wanted to be and the price was good.

The walls were thin. It sounded like we had elephants walking above us. However, we were tired. Once we got to sleep, the noise wasn't a problem.

Very,Very quite sleeping was nice upstairs. Room was very clean it also smelled of disinfectant which helped ease our fear with Co-vid. We still had wipes, sprays ourselves for Tv control, phones, tables etc... But, the room was a nice surprise. Oh, yes it is close to a Hospital so knowing a ER is near with asthma, and other health issues was nice to know, just saying

My husband has back and nerve trouble so the bed was very hard for him to sleep. It is box spring, not a cushion type mattress. So we got our 2 sleeping bags extra pillows and made him 4 " topper, which help him a-lot. I sleep like a baby was great for me. :)

Owners and staff were very pleasant and I really enjoyed it!

The condition of the hotel is a work in progress. Some things needed to be repaired but overall it was great!

Location was close to downtown, cost of room was good, clean room.

TV would not come on and the room key card didn't work when we first arrived , but the desk clerk who checked us in quickly came and fixed those things for us. He was very nice and accomodating.

Convenience

Dreadful Wi Fi was my only negative. I am now back home, and have hours and hours of work to do that I couldn't do at the motel because NO WI FI!

Fast friendly staff check-in a breeze. Clean rooms and linens, great water pressure, close to many business and trails highly recommend

I loved that the carpet had been replaced with wood look linoleum. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Noticing I was handicapped she offered room on first floor. The sidewalk had been treated with a non slip coating and the property was beautifully maintained. We would definitely stay there again.
