Great location to restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean. Beds were firm and comfortable. Hotel lobby and dining area is updated, clean and comfortable.

Bathroom was very clean with updated sink area but if they are ever remodeling they should put in a shower rather than a tub. Tub was old and shower head sprayed water every direction. Some of the stucco in bathroom was peeling off the wall.

Breakfast was your average self serve breakfast - hot fried egg and sausage patty, waffle maker, cornflakes & raisin bran cereal, light yogurt, juices, milk, bread for toasting, several wrapped pastries, apples & oranges, cold lemon infused water, coffee. Beds were very comfortable. Floors were the faux wood, not carpet. Felt it was cleaner.

It was ok! Nice quiet place for us to spend our 47th Wedding Anniversary! The Desk Clerk that was on duty when we arrived was very helpful in giving us information about events going on around the area! She told us about restaurants that might appeal to us for our anniversary!

Breakfast could have been better! Pool was closed! We had to have our room keys reprogramed several times! Need a better place to store the coffee maker other than the bathroom!

Breakfast options were nice, hot and cold...waffle maker, bacon and cheese omelets, etc. The room and the beds were comfortable.

.I wish there had been cold drinking water available at breakfast. The Front Desk front lady was not very personable. The elevator floor had broken tile and I tripped in my heels when I first entered...that should be fixed immediately! That is a safety hazard.

Hotel was decent. They couldn’t really check me in because the card reader was down. Rep walked us to our room and unlocked it with a key.. Went for a quick sleep instead of a straight drive home. They were to have prepackaged breakfast due to covid but I did not get to see/try. Around 6:30am, the power went out. No fault of the hotel, but terrible weather! Couldn’t check out properly due to no electricity (obviously) but she said she’ll take care of it. Very friendly!

Hair in the tub and on the floor. Biggest pet peeve in hotels! No bolt lock on the door. Giant daddy long legs in the closet.

The breakfast was real good and convenient. I like that there were choices. My mom was in the hospital and I didn’t really have time to stop and get something to eat so had it was there.

Only problem was tile missing in the elevator that was being repair the second day there

It was mostly clean and check in was easy and quick. Spacious

The view ! Haha but no biggie. Lighting was so weird and pretty awful. But windows open made it okay. Just sucked bc i was on the bottom floor so anyone could look in and see me. Awkward Maybe possible the bathrooms could have been even cleaner. They smelled a tad bit funky.

The staff, the food, the location and cleanliness. Apparently this location has been full and no matter what always comes prepared with ample amenities for requests. Thank y’all for your assistance and service in these days we stayed with you.

The people who do not appreciate the effort to get a clean, supportive location for pleasant care and friendly service. The squeaky wheel is not necessary here. One call, one request and it is handled.

Usual breakfast not served as person preparing it called in not coming. Probably due to short staffing.

Price, location and super friendly staff.

It was dated - in need of a renovation. The bathrooms had chipping paint and caulk was old and moldy in places. The AC unit was awful! Kicking on and off all night.
