The room was exceptionally clean, the king size bed was so very comfortable and I loved the 2 different choices of pillows they provided. The shampoos, lotions, body wash, and hand soap which the hotel also provided was a very nice touch also. Would highly recommend anyone to stay and I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to N.C. Thank You to the staff for making our stay so very comfortable.

I missed seeing the Holy Bible in the room. And an extra blanket would have been nice. I like the room cold and he got a little chilly without the extra cover.

All staff was very friendly from the front desk to the maids. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of food. They even had grab bags to take food on the go. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and we made use of fridge and microwave. Each time we walked into the lobby it smelled like Mr Clean and we saw several times the lobby being mopped. There was lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was far enough away from the highway so you couldn't hear traffic noise. Several shopping plazas near by. We didn't take advantage of the exercise room or the laundry facilities but nice to know they were available.

One day the elevator broke down for a few hours and we had to use the stairs to our room on the 3trd floor

Hotel was decorated for fall. They even had super cute hay bales with pumpkins,mums,gourds and lights around the main entrance. We were going to take photos but ran out of time. The actual hotel was super clean and the front desk staff was wonderful and friendly! Our room was very roomy, had great lighting, comfy bed and the best blackout curtains ever!!!! They were even switch operated. The free continental breakfast was huge and had a wide variety which was being constantly restocked.

The only thing we didn't like was the blankets. It was top cold for just the sheet but too hot for the down comforter. Maybe a thin blanket as an option?

I don't usually make comments when I fill out one of these surveys, but this hotel stood out to me in practically every category. Very clean, felt like a new place; breakfast was very satisfactory for this type of hotel; free internet was more than adequate for speed. But, the thing that made it stand out was how alert and friendly all of the staff members were that I encountered over 2 days. The hotel is well-located in the central part of the Pinehurst/So Pines/Aberdeen area.

This is a minor complaint compared to all of the positives. The sleeping rooms are not fully soundproof, so I could hear the TV in the room next to mine. Not enough to really bother me, but enough that I feel compelled to mention it in this survey.

All facilities were very clean. Super friendly front desk staff and housekeeping. Easy walk to several restaurants. No hidden fees for room or other.

Dining room was a little crowded on the weekend. Probably would be best to relocate business center and expand dining area. With Covid variants picking up, it felt a little close, especially the food buffet area. Just fine on weekday. Bed mattresses were too soft for my taste, but other bedding was very nice. Extra towels would be nice since there is limited housekeeping and we were there for a few days.

breakfast was good. everything was great. warm and tasty. more choices would have been great. for quick grab and go.

last night there, there was very load yelling outside9 front) it continued for a long long time. sounded like people arguing. woke us up.

Showers were hot, room was on the 1st floor close to breakfast area and pool. Hotel appeared very clean and breakfast choices were good. Green mountain coffee and Dove products are great!

Shower curtain was too short for shower making the shower water flood the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink faucet was loose from the finish mount and was hard to shut water off. Toilet was slow to drain and backed up. Bathroom door handle didn't work.

The facility itself is very nice. It was room I could easily get in and out of the shower and I have to climb over anything in the breakfast was phenomenal.

there wasn’t really hot water in the sink. I had to run it for about 15 minutes fridges to get lukewarm and the shower about 10 minutes. It never really got hot and just got above lukewarm.

Breakfast was superb! Omelets were really good. The room was super clean. Didn’t find a spot of dust anywhere.

We stayed 2 days. Housekeeping knocked on our door several times and even calls were made to our room both days to find out when we were leaving. This happened even though I had the “do not disturb” sign hanging on our doorknob. This has never happened at any other hotel before. It was rude!!!

Breakfast items inc. coffee were replenished frequently and always hot and fresh. There was something for everyone. The room(s) were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk personnel were friendly and attentive. The location was central to shopping and restaurants.
