Gravy at breakfast yet not biscuit. Check out lady was gruff non-responsive to conversation. Spoke to a well dressed gentleman (to confirm Carl's name & leave him a tip) turns out she was the manager. Yuck. Those roles could be switched. We needed a shower chair and somehow they were all taken. Get more, disabled people often travel with people. A king bed is not sufficient, 2 queens are required...thus a shower chair or built in with the shower

They demanded a $30 “amenities “ add on and said it would later be taken off my card after checkout but checkin and checkout staff had different explanations and assurances I am unsure how I will know the $30 is refunded and the “deposit” should have been disclosed with reservation

Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and when we needed extra pillows, clean room, and a great breakfast! The girl attending the breakfast area was amazing, kuddos to her!

On the day of check out, we got a knock at the door, I hollered to let whoever knocked know that I'd be a minute. As my husband approached the door, the housekeeper opened the door without consent. It was nowhere near check out time. I understand that some customers check out without reporting to the front desk (leaving the keys in a drop box), but, even though she apologized, we did find it inappropriate for our door to be opened just to know if we were still there so they could clean.

I stayed this month in May rooms was clean very nice breakfast was ok but if you do not have a car do not stay here you will have to rent a car taxi you cannot walk it is not by anything but the highway. I try to walk and realize it led to the highway or woods you need a car, but hotel was great staff was friendly. food was ok.

they could have provided a shuttle downtown for their guest.

The GPS misguided us, but once we finally found it, it was very nice. The room was just as described and very clean.

What was extremely upsetting (and almost caused me to have a full-blown panic attack), is when the front desk staff could not find my reservation! I gave her my confirmation #, but she was still unable to find it. Fortunately, the room that I'd requested (reserved), was still available, and we were able to check in. The staff member told me that IF she was able to locate my reservation with BOOKIT.COM, that she would cancel it.

The 3pm snacks. The breakfast was good, but needs a few adjustments. The staff was excellent. The room, hallways, and lobby were clean and welcoming.

The breakfast adjustments: turkey sausage was nasty, no danishes, coffee was weak(both), egg omelets were hard, and need cinnamon for oatmeal. The breakfast staff was kind but needs a serv-safe class. Different times, things not handled in a cleanly manner.

beds were uncomfortable. too soft but could be just me. they need microwaves in all rooms. to have to go to the lobby to warm up food, especially late is an inconvenience. For almost $200 a night this should not be an issue. The description when booking says a microwave is provided which can be misleading. when I asked I was told that it’s only in the king rooms not all rooms. so I guess if you need queen rooms you aren’t good enough to have the luxury of a microwave.

The free breakfast was nice and a variety of foods. The lobby with hot tea and coffee was nice as well but most of all for me the recycling bin on the floor for me to dispose of recyclables was awesome!

The pool was a little dirty with some hair pieces floating around and eventually onto my and my daughter's arm. It was not our hair since we didn't get our hair wet during our swim.

Good hot breakfast, lots of vending machines and store items at front desk, clean room, nice hot showers with full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc

Wifi was a little slow but I get it. I had 4 devices hooked up for business purposes so I cant complain. Vending machines on individual floors were all out of stock but small issue - really having to think on what could be improved so over all not much

I booked through this site. I told the lady I had paid. She said that was only to reserve so I paid again. Checking my account I was charged twice. I spoke with the check in and told her I said I had paid. I somehow was charged a third time. I filed a complaint
