The king size room was decorated nicely and applicable for 1 to 2 people to stay...very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. You have a choice of the breakfast buffet or to order from a prepared menu. We ordered omelets made to order and they were delicious! Drinks hot and cold are included with your meal.

1. The toilets definitely need to be replaced. They are entirely too low to the floor...made for little kids. 2. Pillows are too soft...need to replace with firm pillows. 3. Need more handicapped parking spots.

SUPERB! From the time I entered the lobby throughout my stay, Loren and the team were superb! All the team at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley are courteous and professional. The property is safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel and exudes a calm and warmth mirrored by the employees there. If you need to eat in, no problem. The food is great! The room service meal is hot, fresh and made-to-order. I recommend Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley.

This is a really nice hotel for the money. It is well kept and has a bunch of amenities to enjoy inside of the hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I was able to bring my dog and saw a few others had dogs as well and never heard barking the whole trip. The beds were very comfy, especially the pillows. The thermostat worked very well also. it was very close to the mall and highway. I would most definitely book here again if I come to Raleigh.

I wish breakfast was free.

The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was literally sparkling lol. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was nice at check in and out. Answered all questions. All other staff we encountered were pleasant. Pool area was clean and had towels avaliable. Location was great. Right by mall and 440 which took you everywhere. Loved that you had to use key card to use elevator. Great for security.

The room was made up beautiful. The covers were clean, no hairs left behind from previous customers, the bathroom was clean even around the bottom of the toilet. I enjoyed the coffee. I didn't eat breakfast but I'm sure it would have been great because there were people there eating. Overall, the hotel was really nice, and I would defiantly recommend to others.

I didn't like the fact there was dogs, but it was so clean you couldn't tell they even stayed or had been around. I also didn't like the pool.

Great hotel, was super nice and the staff was amazing! We loved the location, only a 10 min drive to the stadium for college game day! Our bed was comfy and they treated our pets well! We will be staying here again next time we are in town. We ordered room service and the food was amazing! The gym, pool, and convenient store were also super handy as well as having a restaurant downstairs. Didn't get to try breakfast but i'm sure it would've been great! Thanks so much y'all!

8/5/22 - 8/8/22 The atmosphere was great with all the colorful decor I just loved it. I was really impressed with the security where you have to use your room card to operate the elevator, nice. Inside the room you had the microwave, refrigerator and a keurig for coffee in your room and a beautiful bathroom that was great. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was very clean which made our stay enjoyable. Thanks for a restful vacation, sincerely Madeline D.

I like the key option to use the elevator. The sink in the public bathroom was pretty neat! Staff was very kind & helpful.

We asked for a handicapped room, which we got, but the toilet was extremely low for my friend who had had knee surgery. She struggled & I felt badly for her.

The hotel was perfect for us. We got 6 room for our wrestling team. The boys loved the pool, work room and the restaurant food was good. We didn't need to leave the hotel for anything once we got there. This is a great hotel and worked really good for us as it was next to the roads we had to use to go to our State tournament.

Visit for my son bday and wanted use the pool. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Pool was very warm and plenty of towels. Front desk clerk was so welcoming and very friendly. Checking in was quick and no waiting. Beautiful property very clean and Christmas decor was charming. Breakfast was good yet pricey. No buffet. Ordered from a menu but very good. Overall stay was exceptional. Location great. Bed very comfortable. Will absolutely stay Again.
