the hotel was nice, great location to shop from. The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was very clean.

The room had no microwave and if something bad happens the hotel doesn’t hold themselves accountable. While on my mini vacation a few cars got broken into. I have never stayed at any hotel that post a sign to park at your own risk and to remove all belongings out of your vehicle. We didn’t notice the signs until Saturday night but we did end up taking our belongs out of our vehicle. The amount of money that hotel’s charge to stay I definitely agree that they should have it protected for the guests.

I loved how friendly the staff were upon arrival and throughout our stay! We were provided with complimentary, warm cookies that were so delicious! Our neighbors were quiet, which was amazing! The morning we left the hotel, we tried the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was a little pricey but still really good! My fiancé’s egg white omelet looked so good!

During our stay the pool was closed, but that didn’t really bother us because we were visiting a family member who has access to one. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

Right across from the mall it's tucked back so no road noise. The lobby was very nicely decorated for Christmas and the young lady who check me in was very nice

Online on booking.com it clearly says breakfast was included with my room rate.. I went downstairs for breakfast and there's no breakfast buffet like the pic shows infact when I went to the restaurant there was a very tiny breakfast menu and I asked what do I choose from since it's included and I was told there is no free breakfast. I did pay a premium price for my room so that I would not have to leave for breakfast. I've stayed at many Hilton Doubletree in past year and have always had breakfast.. also when I checked in there was no cookies like they are supposed to have :( For the rate I paid I should of had some type of breakfast option a juice or something.

It was clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even allowed me to borrow a calculator! The room and bed were quite comfortable and inviting.

There was a pod cup coffee maker, but there was no microwave in the room. I had to go downstairs to the lobby to heat my food or reheat my coffee. Very inconvenient, especially at 1am or 5am, when you're not dressed and trying to prep for a meeting. The refrigerator freezer never got cold enough to chill an ice pack during my entire 3-day stay.

The staff was so nice, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant had good food and great service. Loved everything about this hotel will definitely book again when coming through to  Emerald Isle NC.  Thank you for the cookies and water🥰

Clean quiet comfortable for overnight stay.

'Incidentals' charge at check-in was never disclosed in confirmation and booked price. Have yet to recieve my refund although said 3-5 business days. And on top of that they wanted you to 'tip' the staff.

Location is a challenge because it is hard to get to the property unless you are coming from one direction. Other properties in this area have the same issue, however.

We were on the 12th floor with one elevator.

Room had an odd smell, but was clean, and the AC unit made it hard to find comfort/ temperature balance in the room.

I love the energy I felt when I walked in and when I checked in the 2 people I talked to really made me feel welcomed. This hotel is my opinion is worth every penny you spend.

I really don’t have any complaints. Staff was nice, stay was good, the food was bussin’ and I had a great time.

Everything was great! Only stayed for one night, the hotel is located near the highway which was very convenient. The staff was great during check in, there was someone in front of me checking in who was having problems and the staff seemed to be very helpful during the situation. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!
