The staff was very good.

Remind the staff, particularly the younger ones, to respond to a guest's thank you with something like "you're very welcome" or "of course" or "my pleasure". I really cringe when I hear "no problem" from the staff. It shows a lack of training. Also, the room was well appointed except that the chair at the desk would not raise or lower despite the lever that extended from underneath the chair. When I requested that the chair be replaced, I was informed that there were no chairs available that could be lowered up or down. Is that really true? I wondered.

I like the two queens bedroom, everything looks new and modern. Bed sheets and furniture are clean. A/C works well, it’s comfortable and we slept well throughout the whole night. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were hanging on the wall, very convenient. Provided coffee 24 hours. Staffs were nice and friendly.

The hand soap and lotion in the bottle were hanging on the wall, which was also convenient but both bottles weren’t filled it up. We didn’t ask because we were all tired. Breakfast was okay. Sausage was cooked too dry. Closing the door made a slamming sound.

very nice staff, great location

I wake up about 3am from excruciating back pain every night not hotel related and while husband still sleeping I went to lay on the chase lounge & watch tv and it was like sitting on bricks. ended up sitting very uncomfortably in the desk chair. it looks nice but a useless piece of furniture, just put in a chair wit an ottoman. other than it was nice, but we were planning on staying there again on our way home from Myrtle Beach but I had to cancel. the sofa situation was unbearable for me because of my back.

It was a good stopping point on our way to our vacation destination

I wish management would have spoke to the large family that was very rowdy at the pool and the seating area near the breakfast room. They trashed the place and allowed their children to run all over the place. The staff that was preparing breakfast had a massive mess to clean up that they shouldn’t have had too. Also, our floor (2nd) smelled of rotten seafood. It was sprayed with Lysol however it only masked it temporarily.

The staff was exceptionally polite and got us checked in and to our room quickly. The room was very clean and felt untouched, like we were the first guests to stay. The beds were extremely comfortable! I also loved the toiletries offered in the bathrooms. The value of this stay was the best. For this price point I did not expect such upgrades.

It looks like renovations had just been completed and there was some minor remanence of it but I would take that over a dirty mess any day. There was also some noise due to the proximity to the highway but we drowned that out once the AC kicked on.

Very nice, recently renovated room with decent furniture. The bed itself was exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. Bathroom, thankfully, was very clean with great toiletries. Loved the flooring throughout the room. Friendly staff.

Waiting online for eggs at breakfast but attendant absent. No sign that there were no eggs left. A little difficult to find. Rear of building needs concrete ramp from sidewalk to parking lot for carts. No mention of pet fee ($50!) until checkout!

A lot of construction due to remodeling going on. Construction workers blocked a lot of the doors. Elevator was always full bc there was only one being used. there was a lot of noise from people talking in the hallways at night. Not ver sound proof. I never got a final receipt. Wifi was horrible.

The breakfast was great... hands down. It was just enough. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk, Lynette was really polite and friendly. She made us feel comfortable as soon as we came in. A special thanks to her.

I just wish the pool was inside instead of outside.

Breakfast was ready at the time promised, nutritious, and tasty. There was a big variety of items from which to select.

Finding the hotel as a first time guest was confusing. We had to return to Rte 95 twice and call for more specific step by step turns to find the hotel. Once we arrived everything was great.
