Very nice and clean. It was definitely a new property, nothing old and ran-down.

I think the location isn’t the best. If you’re coming back from Wrightsville Beach you have to make a u-turn to get back each time with heavy traffic coming your way. Or when leaving you have to make a u-turn to go the other direction on market street. I agree with some of the others about breakfast. There could be a few more quality items there. I don’t think a place like this should be using a cheap synthetic orange juice and low grade stale cereals for breakfast. Hilton brings in enough revenue to provide a better quality experience.

Upon entering we were overwhelmed with the beautiful decor and greeted by a lady at the front desk who was super helpful and friendly. ( Hate that I forgot her name but she went above and beyond !) She gave us the option to choose which floor we wanted to be on since we would be there for a few days. We didn’t really know how to respond since we have never been given an option before. She recommended the top floor which we agreed. The King Suite was the perfect size and we were very pleased with our stay. The property is centrally located with restaurants within walking distance and shopping a short drive away. We enjoyed going to the fitness center which was tidy and clean with plenty of equipment and the outdoor pool was wonderful! We also enjoyed breakfast at the property, it was nice to see different options available than a normal continental breakfast menu. There were constantly a staff member somewhere on the property ensuring that guests would have a pleasant experience. (Which we could appreciate as it’s something we don’t see often.) We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Place, The People there was all very nice Check in was Great and location was only 10 mins from the Beach Food was good, Beds was amazing, The outdoor Sitting Area was so nice and Peaceful ….The Best Person ever was YESICA S. she was so friendly and so helpful with everything loved her Attitude and Respectfulness no Matter what i came up to her for Multiple days she jump right on it and Had it Handled

No room Service unless you was there for more then 5 days and that was little Disappointing, Now they did offer anything you needed to please come up front and ask and they would get it right away. The only other thing was they only offered 2% White milk so I had to go to store and get Chocolate Milk for my kids because they don't drink regular Milk, Also it would be Nice to offer some Meats for Breakfast like Sausage or Bacon and plain eggs Some people don't want something in there egg every day

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. So were the common areas. They gave us a choice of floor we wanted which was nice. Very easy check in and out. They supplied bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. Our room was very quiet.

The hallways smelled pretty bad. Luckily the room didn't. One of the holders for the shampoo and conditioner was hanging off the shower wall. There was only one elevator.

I love the last minute accommodation, the room was clean and inviting.

I loved everything except the noisy children upstairs at midnight that I had to call the front desk about three different times. The last time I called down I told her my next call will be to the police.

This hotel really surprised me and exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was really clean and when you entered the hotel, it smelled clean unlike many of the places I have stayed. My room was larger than I expected and the kitchen was nice as well.

The only thing that could have been better was that the kitchen actually contained an oven and stove instead of me having to go to the front desk to get a portable stove top.

The reception staff was PERFECT! Personable, professional, and efficient. She was warm and welcoming, and if someone was having a bad day, it ended as soon as they walked up to the desk. LOVE the eco-friendly touches in the room.

Let's figure out how to have recyclable cutlery and compostable plates and cups for the breakfast service. We've still got too much plastic in use for very short-term applications.

We love the Home2Suites brand of Hilton. The rooms are HUGE (way larger than standard rooms) and include 1 King or 2 Queens, plus a good sized pull-out couch. You could easily fit 3 queen beds in the room. There is also a kitchenette which was nice. The outdoor area had a pool, grills, and a chill area with chairs, tables, and a gas firepit with

The breakfast selection was your standard fair of waffles, cereal, oatmeal muffins etc. the entire hotel staff were professional and friendly from the front desk staff to the kitchen staff. The level of service and desire to make your stay a memorable one felt genuine and appreciated.

There was no room service each day, we had to leave the towels in the hallway and pick up fresh ones from the front desk. I would have liked to see the room cleaned and trash emptied each day.

The location was perfect close to everything we were intrested in. The place was clean and well maintained. They had a good pool and gym which the boys liked. We liked the grill and dining area. The breakfast was ok... we liked the making our own waffles.

Even thought the place was nice and clean it was very expensive to stay there. 3 nights Wednesday,Thursday and Friday it was over $1000 and that was with as a Hilton's Honor Member. This is not a last minute lets getaway place.
