The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is the most dog friendly hotel we've ever been to. Even got a little welcome bag for our pup! The hotel is nice and quiet since it is away from the main road in a private area. Heated pool is also very nice and grill area. Rooms are spacious.

In a hotel that dog friendly, I don't think carpets in hallways and rooms are a good idea and very sanitary. You never know some pets and issues. It is harder to clean the carpet than tiles or vynil. Powdered eggs for breakfast have no place in an almost $200/night hotel.

Heard noise from the people above us. Insulation was not good. Wanted a quiet room and still heard people above us shuffling around.

The evening Front Desk Representatives were wonderful and very informative. Housekeeping did a great job and were nice and friendly.

The Morning shift Front Desk Representative (older slim Lady) didn't seem to like her job. Several people commented on her behavior and attitude towards guests. We experienced two days in a row.

My daughter and took an overnight trip to Wrightsville Beach for her 17th birthday. We had an awesome experience. The staff was very polite and always busy helping take care of things! The location was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

It rained our very first day, so we shopped instead of going to the beach. So it turned out awesome, considering so many stores and food options were so close by!

The grill and pool setting,lounge area indoors, nice room

Breakfast options needed grits, Turkey links, needs to spray for bugs outdoor they bad, we had to call to have filter cleaned in AC unit upon arrival they may want to do those and check them monthly.

Wonderful suites. Great breakfast. We loved that the living room and bedroom are separated by a door that could be completely closed. Helped us a lot with the jetlag as awake family members could be in the living room and sleeping family members in the bedroom. The employees were all super friendly.

The pool could be cleaned a bit more often and thoroughly.

We had a suite and it was a good size Beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. It was super close to shops and restaurants and a cinema. We actually just put the baby in the stroller and walked. The outdoor pool was heated and it had nice fire pit

Dishwasher didn't work well, room a tad noisy

Breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean. I like the atmosphere that made me feel like I was at home. Also the convenient location near the shopping area.

The only thing was the ironing board needs to be repaired or replaced and we weren't able to adjust the air conditioner. Because the rooms are small when you sit on the couch you get that blast of cold air until it goes off.

Everything was very clean, the room was spacious. All of the staff were very helpful. Great breakfast every morning. We really also enjoyed the outdoor patio area and pool.

Bed was a bit lump and too soft. Not enough pillows, and the pillows where not great.
