The resort exceeded my expectations. Great location and view on all sides, friendly and helpful staff, generous policies, awesome pools and beach access, good food options on site. It's really nice having a pool side food option and direct access to the beach. One day staff even handed out popsicles poolside. I thought that was a really nice surprise on a hot and humid day.

The 2 elevators are in high demand so there's a bit of a bottleneck waiting at times. I would have used stairs but I couldn't find where they are. I also noticed that doors to the stairwells in the parking garages were locked. My other knock is that the beach access is super convenient but there's no ramp which means you need to have a couple people lift your beach wagon up to carry down / up two flights of stairs. I raised this several times with staff and they acknowledged that it's a problem.

Called front desk regarding ice machine not working & she was very rude. Told me to go to 3rd floor for ice. The only floor that didn’t have ice machine. Ran out of toilet paper. Only stayed one night & was only a partial roll. Did NOT call about that due to rudeness I experienced before. Wanted to get dinner at 8 pm & was discouraged from doing so. Said they were too busy. Had to order delivery.

Pool was good. Right close to the beach

One of the elevators died mid trip, so it took 5 minutes to get to different levels. Wanted to take the stairs, but certain levels only employees could go in and not the guests- so that was weird. The layout of the hotel was confusing for the guests. Only one hot tub, which I was thinking there would be more or one indoor and one out door like the pool.

Meticulously maintained property. The hotel was very clean, all common areas were clean. The rooms were super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Our ocean view from the 6th floor was gorgeous!

The staff upon check in was not very professional and not courteous at all. As a matter of fact, She looked miserable and it showed in her mannerism. The other staff later in the day and at checkout were better. Smiling and very bubbly!!! We had awful experience at the restaurant and would not recommend Solstice at all. The food was not cooked to order and was extremely distasteful. The restaurant food was not to the standards of a resort restaurant. we were extremely disappointed with that food. Definitely would not ever eat there again!

I loved my view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly an helpful. The breakfast was hot an fresh every morning. 😋 The buffet was delicious an the wait staff was very helpful.

My bathroom floor wasn't mopped I asked house keeping to clean the room an re do our bed. The linens wasn't changed they didn't bring clean towels or wash cloths are taking the dirty ones. The didn't sweep or mop the bathroom or wipe it down nor the room. We stayed 5 days an 4 nights.

I liked everything about the hotel. the location is right on the beach. I had an oceanfront room. And the view was just amazing. I wanted to sit in the balcony all day long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay , there was a life band , a hula dancer and a fire thrower. It was so much fun. My daughter had a great time between the pool and beach. Last but not least , the breakfast was delicious . the make to order egg station was just wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

close to the beach. lots of seating around pool. loved the fire pit. loved the corn hole and connect four area. inside was nicely decorated and had lots of seating the maintenance staff was very responsive to an issue we had. the wait staff at the solistice restaurant was very nice and friendly.

mainly it just wasn’t nearly as nice as you would expect for the price. the staff checking us in seemed overwhelmed and distracted. the food was fine, but just fine. the hotel advertised two hot tubs but one was closed, and the other one was taken over by one family. for what we paid, I would have expected better than “fine.” it was clean and comfortable, but I wouldn’t stay there again at that price point

The best part of the whole trip was Michael Luciano, he was kind, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help us… he’s a true gem and gentleman! You’re very fortunate to have him… we’d come back just to see him, his lovely smile and laughter. Plus we also loved the mattress and our beautiful view of the beach from our balcony 😁

Very accommodating with early check in. Plenty of pools, not too crowded. Updated room. Amazing selection of chairs, recliners, rockers. In the sun, in the shade, you can find anything you'd like. Coffee bar on site.

Restaurant is pretty pricey for just lunch, $14 quesadilla. But on a good note, the breakfast buffet was well worth the expense. There's no playground, hammocks are there now. Needs updated picture and signs.
