Good, friendly staff and it didn't matter what shift or time of day. We were there for a family emergency with an undetermined departure date. They made sure we had a place to stay the entire time and gave us the best rate they could to help out. Very much appreciated and would stay again.

I really can't say anything bad. Things were clean and tidy. Breakfast was good every morning. About the only bad thing I can come up with is that there was only bacon one day a week. :)

soft drinks available all the time was a fun treat! clean great facility awesome staff, it was a busy night and the gal at the desk was exceptional! breakfast is a wide variety hot and delicious The Pool is so fun! my kids spent hours a little cooler of a pool but not bad hot tub was clean Room was nice, clean, microwave and fridge nice bathroom

water pressure in shower was a little light and the shower was tricky to get to pop on.

The 2 bedroom suite was very nice. Lots of room and very comfortable.

Room wasn't ready at check in time but the Front desk person compensated us immediately. Sunday breakfast was not good. We arrived 45 minutes before the breakfast was over and there was very little food left. The area was not clean and in the time we sat there, no one serviced the area or replenished the foods. I observed many families come down and they were all disappointed.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious. Staff were very welcoming.

Bed was a little firm for me, I prefer a softer bed.

Room was clean, staff was friendly an accommodating.

The sofa bed in the living room is garbage. My 19 year old son offered to take that for his bed. He literally ended up just sleeping on the floor. ALL the lounge chairs and the sofa need to be replaced. The springs or whatever are shot, and getting out of your seat is nearly impossible for someone with bad knees or hips.

Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Great pool my children loved it. Nice location spacious size rooms.. high ceilings make your room feel much bigger. Beds were firm but I liked it.

Only issue I had was that the pool emergency door is broken and open.. makes the place feel unsafe.

The only thing about this otherwise fantastic breakfast was the scrambled eggs. They weren’t that good. But the breakfast otherwise was delicious with lots of great options.

I don’t know if this is an issue for the hotel chain , but more plug in for the cars in the winter would be better. Fortunately there weren’t too many vehicles , but if there had been a conference or something , there would not be enough plug ins for vehicle block heaters.

Upon check-in, the clerk was really busy but still was patient, helpful, and acommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The hospitality hour is a nice bonus after a busy afternoon.

Kids in the pool with no adult supervision. This grandma was a nervous wreck! I would like to see signage that says "Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult".

Breakfast was great, it is nice that you have fountain pop. Staff was very friendly. My mom got out of the hospital and staff let me cancel the room for Saturday. The front desk people were friendly and sociable!

The metal cowboy on a horse above the bed . Too small for the area.

Excellent location, a short walk across the street to the curling club. Was a great place to stay during our weekend curling bonspiel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Sofa bed in our room was damaged and not useable (staff were responsive when we brought this issue forward).
