Pat the manager was very hospitalbe and professional at check in. Check in was quick. Staff was so nice in the morning at breakfast and asked us how we were doing. The guy at checkout was super nice and friendly. We would stay here again.

The bathroom door in room 202 needs to be replaced from the humidity from the showers. It is warped. The bathroom floor could have been a little more cleaner in the corner by the toilet. Toilet flusher may.need to be looked at. The water kept running after flushing. My husband checked it out to get it to stop so the tank would fill up.

the hotel itself was great. housekeeping was amazing and any staff we came in contact with was fabulous.

the price we were stated on booking was not the price charged. we had to adjust our days and the manager said we would get the rooms at the same price. this did not happen. we we arrived we asked the 2 of our rooms to be charged on 2 different cards and gave them 2 different cards at check in. only one card was charged….. for both rooms.

I checked out at 4:30 am yesterday (8/17) to take flight. In spite of early morning, staff at reception offered a fresh brewed coffee. She said ‘Have a wonderful day’ I replied ‘Already had a wonderful experience’. It’s really amazing service. Thank you.

Comfortable room. Bed was comfortable

It would be nice to have two sitting chairs in a room. The option of one desk chair and sitting chair is not conducive for conversation. Housekeeping staff was rude. The parking lot was not cleared of snow.

Room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Gentleman at front desk was super nice when we checked out.

The gentleman who checked us in didn’t say hi or even smile while we checked in. When I asked him if entering through the front doors was the best route for us to get to our room, his reply was a standoffish “sure”.

Good people. Clean rooms. A lil pricey but far better than some places who use old pictures to lure in guest to sub par standard hotels. Overall. I'd definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Limited TV Channels.

The location was great and actually very easy to find. The beds were comfortable. The price was great. Staff, amazing.

I don't know what to say here. Everything was great.

The room was spacious. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Temperature was easy to control.

Brighter lighting is needed for reading. You have comfortable chairs but dim lighting in all fixtures. The bed could have used a couple softer pillows.

Breakfast was awesome. Good location. Lots of parking. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

The bathroom could be cleaned better. Mirror looked dirty. Found dirty wash cloth on shower curtain bar. Mold in the corners of shower and smears on shower wall. Big turn off!!

Nice size room, with refrigerator, wi-fi, TV. Clean, friendly staff.

For some reason the fan in the bathroom always made a noise even when it was turned off. We kept the door closed so we didn’t hear it while sleeping but you might want to ck it out.
