It was clean, comfortable. Small but ok for overnight.

The room was good, and for a last minute booking I was glad they had a room available. I was there for an event, and for a small fee was able to go to the event by shuttle, which was offered by the facility, which saved me the headace that can sometimes happen when attending a large event, so that was a plus. The fee was actually cheaper than the parking fee I would have paid at the location of the event. The only complaint I have is that in the shower, although they did offer wall mounted dispensers, which would have been convenient, for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash...none of them were filled. I do believe that the housekeeping staff should check these daily to make sure to top them off , or in my case to actually make sure there is anything ing there. This was an amenity offered by the Fargo Inn & Suites, hopefully they will make sure the housekeeping staff is aware of doing this. Other than that, the stay was goo? d, and the desk staff were friendly as well as helpful. The location was within 3 miles to the event I was attending, and

As I say it would have been nice if housekeeping would have been more thorough with checking the shower necessities. Other than that it was a good stay.

We were to have a room with two beds as my wife had just had hip replacement surgery and was not sleeping through the night. We checked in and when we got to the room found one bed in a very small room. Having waited 20 minutes to check in and finding another long line I sought out a manager, Mauna. After explaining our dilemma we were moved to a family suite, where we comfortably spent the night. Really pleased with the prompt resolution.

Time it took to check in. Michelle was helpful and handled our check in with great attention, but there could have been another staff to expedite the process.

property is convenient to the interstate. bed was clean and super comfy, and the staff was great. Alex checked me in and was really nice. she made check in go smoothly when I switched my payment card and had a dog with me. the room is great (i can see my vehicle directly out the window) and I’m near two doors for quick exits and entries. the ice machine was clean, and vending machines stocked. The building is a little dated, however seems to be kept well. walls are not thin, and the water pressure is amazing. the bed is the best part though. comfy, clean, and the pillows are firm.

carpeting needs a solid deep clean, but thats not the worst thing in the world. im sure it sees a ton of people daily.

I like this location since it's close proximity to everything, we always stay here whenever we're at Fargo since it's very affordable and the facilities are not bad at all, I mean if you just need a quaint place to crash after groceries and a bit of shopping in town, this place is great! Keep in mind this is right beside Mcdonalds that's a very busy location, so if you're ever on the main floor facing the drive thru, you can never open your curtains lol.

I think it's a bit dated, the room might need a bit more cleaning or just upgrading, the fridge in our room we stayed at was broken and was leaking water in the back, we only knew that the last night we were there when we wanted to put our leftovers inside.

They accommodated us showing up earlier than we expected and before check in time. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were all exceptionally nice.

Very nice breakfast but the machine that makes coffee ran out. I waited as long as I could but never got another cup.

Not much parking. Ended up parking on the opposite side of the building from my room. Coffee machine in the morning ran out of coffee. I waited as long as I could but never got another cup.

The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff and staff maintaining the breakfast area were very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is in need of updates. Our tv did not work in our room, you could turn it on, but the screen would stay black. The tub in the bathroom, even though appeared clean, is in need of repair.

This was a good place to stop on our drive south. It’s right off of the interstate 29 and there is a Mexican restaurant and a Japanese restaurant steps away, as well as a bar attached. A full breakfast included was delicious and added to the already great price we got in Booking.com. Our only complaint was that it was a really cold night/ ,-30C, and the cold air came in through the AC wall unit. It should be covered on the outside for the winter.
