Loved having the suite with a sitting area to all hang out together! My friends said the beds were nice. The breakfast room had a nice variety of both hot and cold options.

The sitting area was a bit cramped for space, and using the sofa bed was a bit of a challenge with one side and the foot of the bed up against other furniture. That made it very difficult to get the bedding on. Sofa beds are all uncomfortable and this one was no exception, but I was expecting that and made do. I wish there had been a suite with 2 rooms each having 2 queen beds instead of 1 king and 2 queens. My friends expressed the wish that they could have had a way to know when the lone bathroom was occupied since they couldn't see it from their rooms. The breakfast room was quite busy and EVERYONE wanted a waffle, it made for a very long wait with only one waffle maker. Of course, when it was finally my turn, the batter was all gone. 🙁

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had upgraded our room. My husband has health issues and the upgrade was nice. We liked the fact that we were located next to the dining area and near the exit. The bed was very comfortable as well as the entire suite. The breakfast was good. The location was great for us. There are several good restaurants as well as other stores nearby.

The only dislike was that we could hear walking above us. It wasn't too bad but something that we normally don't notice in other hotels. The good outweighed this small dislike for us.

The breakfast could have be better, even though covid restrictions are continuing. One morning there were no eggs and the ham was not really ham. The location is excellent (we needed to be close to Altru Hospital) and stores and restaurants are easily accessible. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was cheerful and professional.

The pool side rooms were great but quite noisy, especially when kids were swimming (but they do need to have fun while traveling too). I was glad to see that there are specific pool hours and quiet hours. Although I didn't have time to swim, the pool is large and clean as is the hotel.

We like the suite with the separate bedroom.

Our hotel room door would not lock. Front desk staff stated they would contact maintenance to fix it and they never fixed it during our stay. The hotel was full for a concert so they could not switch us rooms. Our door remained unlocked and accessible to anyone who tried to open it while we were gone out of the room.

The rooms were very nice, roomy. Pool area very nice. Full breakfast (but the scrambled eggs were dry). Convenient to get to , close to plenty of restaurants & shopping.

The fire alarm went off at 0640 (because of a glitch, no fault of anyone's) but I think they could have made a better compensation than $10 off (which I had to ask for)

Very clean room and I really enjoyed the walk in shower without a tub. Room was also very comfortable

Breakfast could be returned back to a hot breakfast as other hotels in the area have done that. Poor breakfast. Also even though the room was clean one thing that bothers me in any hotel is the sign of mold or mildew in the showers caulking. Although it wasn’t much it would have been so much better without it. I think some bleach sprayed on those areas would take care of the problem. Other than that the shower was clean but I wish hotels in general would incorporate bleach or mildew remover in their cleaning regimen.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had many choices to pick from. The location was in a great spot.

the only thing that we didn’t like was the eggs at breakfast they were way salty! I think someone dumped the whole salt packet in them! I also had something hard in them! other than that the stay was excellent

I’ve stayed here numerous times the past 4 years. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. Also good breakfasts.

Bathroom vanity sink area would have been a bit nicer if it was longer.

Very nice staff and willing to answer questions. Very clean we seen the desk lady really scrubbing and sanitizing windows , doors and eating area. I never seen that in any hotel we ever stayed at.
