The room was phenomenally well sound proofed other than the walking from above between bathroom, sitting area and bedroom area!! My 18 month old slept well in the sitting area while my 1 month cried in the bedroom without being bothered. The kid pool was great for the 18 month old, which is why we booked in the 1st place.

No hot breakfast provided other than a microwaveable sandwich. Price jumped from when I booked the 3 nights to when I checked in but only for 1 night, still it was by quite a bit, basically doubled and it was NOT on a weekend. Shouldn’t have happened if I booked at a certain price

The room was great! We have a large family so being able to get into a suite that had two queen sized beds as well as a twin foldout was perfect. Really enjoyed the layout of the room as well. Staff was ready for us when we got in after midnight.

Only thing we didn't like was the garbage truck slamming dumpsters around at 5am right outside out window it seemed.

The room was clean and modern. The bed was absolutely great. Comfortable and plush. The breakfast room was excellent and the food was very good. The coffee was very good. The hotel was in a great location, near restaurants and gas stations. The rooms were extra large.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything was great! we only had one issue and the toddler across the hall woke us up both mornings before 7am screaming and was very loud pretty much all the time except for when the child was sleeping.

you can hear everything because the wall are not well insulated

We stay here every time that we go through Grand Forks. Quiet even though it's close to the highway and shopping. The beds are very comfortable. love the spacious pool area with two big Jacuzzis and the kids pool area. Breakfast is good.

The road that goes to Allerus is like a bottleneck of traffic on event nights. The hotel breakfast was not great. I felt like there was price gouging the night of the Stapleton concert…..price really spiked. It was too much money in my opinion.

Beautiful king suite room bed was comfortable, room was clean, pool was a lot of fun.

There was a big bright light shining into our window during the night it took awhile to fall asleep and there was a hole in our bathroom door.

Room was very clean. Could use refreshing of toiletries. Pool area was clean and well stocked. We were asked very politely that we had to leave when it was closing. Breakfast was well stocked

it was clean and comfy, the staff were very friendly.

the floor by the pool and hit tubs were very slippery. the Hot Tubs were not working to full capacity. what I mean by that is not all the jets worked and the dials were broken.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It was easy to check in and check out and the staff was very friendly and helpful. An overall great experience. We didn't eat the breakfast, so can't comment on that.
