Breakfast was good. Location was fine.

The furnishings, walls, lighting fixtures. Appliances were beat up and needed replacing. Mattress in pull out coach just gross. Seems to need more housekeeping staff and better maintenance crew. The poor woman working the breakfast room was all by herself… one wlan cleaning tables was talking on her phone the whole time… seemed like there needed to be 2 more folks on staff for a busy holiday weekend?

The one bedroom suite is the way to go. The social time with free food, beer and wine. Great coffee, good selection for breakfast.

it’s starting to show its age. the room could use a refresher. bar stools need to recovered, the sofa bed needs to be replaced as when you sit down, you sink and hard to get up.

Its a great place to stay. I love that we could have supper on the week days! Great staff! The food is always great! We love that we can bring our pets with us. The rooms with the kitchens are our favorite, rooms are very roomy for 2 adults and 3 kids and a pet!

The pool was vey cloudy. Our kids got very itchy after swimming. So the kids didn't want to swim. We have stayed at this hotel a had full of times and this has never happened before.

new really nice looking. I really loved the room layout. I find I always sleep better when the wall hvac unit isn’t blowing right on me.

pillows were a little too flat or something. wasn’t great. the treadmill worked great but went into cool down mode at 20min. also felt it starting to slow down on me earlier - like the motor was tired. signs they might be kinda cheap.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Quick and easy check-in. We asked for extra bedding and they brought it within a couple minutes.

Everything was “fine” - we have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it. This stay was nothing special, could have been any hotel, and the rate for the room has gone up quite a bit since our last stay. The breakfast wasn’t great - the omelets (especially the American cheese in them) were gross. Plain scrambled eggs would have been much better, plus they’re harder to screw up. Coffee was good though, and everyone was able to find something to eat, so all things considered, including the price (free), can’t complain too much.

Good facility overall. Evening socials and morning breakfasts were very good and well maintained. Location is excellent. I would like to stay there again if I only have people who don't have any physical challenges.

Our handicapped accessible room had a bathtub that didn't shut off well because it was missing a handle. The disabled person trying to use it couldn't get it to turn off and I couldn't either for quite a while, and as a result it almost flooded the bathroom. Staff promised it would be fixed or we would be moved to other accommodations. Neither of those things happened, and the excuse given was that the manager was not in town. While the elevators were serviceable for normally abled people, they were situated in a really tight/awkward spot, and the room itself was a long way from the elevator. I didn't mind that, but our disabled guest had a tough time. If you have anyone with special needs in your party it may not work for you.

Beautiful facility. They don't seem like the other hotels in GF that covid changed. Wish I'd stayed here before, usually hard to book, now I know why.

unable to use the microwave (outlet was blocked from under the switch plate). carpets were frayed and bathroom had some hair stubble on the counter.
