Copley Inn & Suites, Copley - Akron

The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The location was excellent. I had originally reserved a room with 1 bed because my husband was supposed to be traveling with me. However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, plans changed last minute, and my mother in law traveled with me instead. The night manager was amazing about switching me to a room with 2 beds and then put me on a more convenient floor also! She then moved us again when there was a little issue with the first room. I would stay here again.

The first room wasn't the greatest, wasn't terrible though. I went to the front desk to report a small issue and the night manager offered to move us rooms. The second room we got was much better and we had a great night's sleep.

I got a great deal on Booking.com. we didn't check in until 11:45 that night. I thought the bed was kind of hard, but we slept great

Now, this part is our own fault.. We checked in late because we went to a concert and we didn't get a chance to get drinks or snacks for the night. The guy at the front desk offered us pop for a $1.00 a can. We paid for 3 Mt.Dews, and he handed us 2, then said something about drinking more water and gave us a bottle of water instead of the 3 pops we paid for.

I like that even though I was considered a temporary guest I could still bring down my bedding and towels for clean ones. I loved the staff and housekeeping supplied me with any and everything I needed during my stay. I was impressed how fast the elevator got fixed after it was broke down. I had an amazing stay for a great price will definitely come back.

Elevator was broken so I had to come through the security doors at night when I needed to go out to smoke.

All I need is a hot shower and a bug-free room for this price point, and they delivered this time. I even spent some time on their elliptical machine in their "gym". Very spartan (virtually no weights and the treadmill was broken), but I was satisfied. The rooms even have a fridge & microwave. Bonus!

Could use some nice fluffy towels, but Im reaching. Get a few more weights and a small bench in the gym, and you would be punching above your weight class.

I needed a place to stay after a show at Blossom Music Center. This place is pretty close to there. Super reasonable rates. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The staff was pleasant and helpful. But for the love of all that is Holy, do not, I repeat, DO NOT travel between these two destinations via Yellow Creek road. I have warned ye, that path is a dangerous one and you will rue the day you traveled it until the day you die, and those dates may be the same.

The Manager Vijay & Binni were very accommodating. Even though they didn't allow cooking I was able to find places near that had food. My first rm was cool, but I have children so to not upset other visitors he was able to move us to a different rm. The other rm had a bit of a bug problem so when I made those concerns known we were moved to a nicer rm. This time no issues kids were able to be comfortable and I didn't see any bugs or experience any bite marks. I would say the rm number but I don't want the wrong kind of people bringing the bugs lol. Just joking but its no one business. Overall I definitely know that if I need a place for me and my little ones we would come back there. Suggestion is to update laundry area so coins is not the only option. I like how clean they kept up things tho.

correct any mold issues, get an exterminator for Beg bugs, & roaches to spray at least 1-2 times a month so that it doesn't get out of hand, however it looks like they are headed in the right direction. The manager really cares about how the customer feels and making sure people are happy and comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff the quick response to needing any assistance they were just extremely friendly I enjoyed it and have no complaints about the staff whatsoever they were wonderful

The cleanliness of the room could have been better the shower curtain had something on it I don't know what it was it was not nice or pleasant I cleaned it when I got there I always do and every room though everywhere I go the floors needed swept there was a shoe underneath the bed that was not mine and the bottom of the bed appeared to be ripped off like somebody was looking for something underneath it or something I'm not sure.

My stay was very nice. This is my first time at Copely Inn. I was visiting in Akron ,OH Copely is right off the interstate. They have the best deals on prices for the rooms. Quality service as well.I especially liked the key card entry to the hotel itself I felt safe and got a good rest on the lovely bed they have. I booked a 3 day and really should've booked a week. as well as the free continental breakfast. If I were to say anything it would be to make a few rooms smoking rooms. Other than that everything is great. Thank You, I will visit again soon.

The location was so central to lots of restaurants, great for travelers. Also right off the highway. It was quiet and the staff was super nice

Had some plumbing issues, tub was a little slow at draining and the water pressure wasn’t the best. But overall not a big deal!

It was clean it was very quiet and the staff was super nice ..... When I got there I didn't have no hassle to get the room taken care of so it was super fast service and the neighborhood wasn't bad either .....thanks for making our stay a good one......

There wasn't really nothing I didn't like ..... I mean the air conditioner could of gotten alittle bit colder but it still worked......
