Beaus Grille rearaurant which is attached food is amazing service was great and reasonably priced. Outside areas and terrace was well kept beautiful landscaping. The buffet breakfast was very upscale and free with our suite ..The room was very nice a little dated but clean and spacious..Pools were open and towels provided..Loved the fact that they had a bar abd lounge open til 1030pm

No housekeeping for 3 nights ..U know.. covid times ..short staffed but still did an overall good job providing what we needed..Pools were nice both indoor and outdoor but at least the indoor should have been heated..And the weather was gorgeous and they should have lit the outside fire pit which they didn't for all 3 nights ..last the shower was huge with a bench but the shower pressure wasn't good .But u were still able to get a shower but it could be like a spa like experience if they upgraded their shower heads

The location was close-ish to the Blossom Music Center and about 15-20 minutes to several breweries. The pool was nice. I really liked the landscaping. Check-in and out were easy, and customer service was great. Our room was nice and quiet.

The hotel itself needs updated. For the price I expected recently updated/remodeled.

Everything!!!! One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Close to restaurants and shopping. Wasn't hard to find. The room was wonderful. Enjoyed the spacious shower. The breakfast was worth the cost. Staff was helpful. Loved the luggage ramp at the back entrance.

During my visit they we repaving the parking lot, so sometimes it made parking a pain. And I think the outside lighting could be better, especially at night.

I loved everything about this property and had stayed here numerous times since the 1980s.

People partied around the pool until 2 AM. It was loud and hard to stay asleep without much noise. I called down to the desk once and it was quiet for a little bit but then they would start right back up. I understand that people want to have a good time and it was probably a wedding but I had to get up early for my father's funeral and I was exhausted.

We enjoyed the breakfast with the exception of one day when it was a Grab snd Go. There wasn’t much food there.

We thought they could improve the breakfast voucher plan. As I stated I booked the room based on the inclusion of breakfast and felt the Grab and Go concept was lacking

Location was convenient and staff was friendly.

Lack of employees. Despite there being 2 employees at the front desk & I was the only one checking in, I had to find my own trolley & take my bags upstairs. Found that to be odd!

I booked this room for the pool for my kids and hot tub for myself. The hot tub had been tiled over. The pictures online still have the hot tub there. It was very disappointing for me.

The breakfast was excellent. I was expecting a traditional hotel breakfast of cereal, waffles, and juice. There was a hot breakfast with eggs, locally sourced bacon, and sausage, and staff servicing the area. I was very pleased.

late weekend breakfasts are not ideal. 9am starts…I don’t know any other hotel in US that does this. most of the staff are very good. some staff seem poorly trained.

it’s location, ease of parking, the lobby was clean and smelled really clean! Our room was also very clean and very comfortable! The staff at check in were very friendly and helpful.
