I have never been disappointed with a holiday Inn express. This location was a bit different for me the lobby area was smaller than normal and only had 1 elevator. I have no complaints about the hotel. I like Holiday Inn express because they have a phenomenal breakfast. They consider those of us that try to eat healthier.

The bathroom that sits close to the lobby may need to have some air freshners installed. Someone used the rest room and you can smell that whoever used it pooped and that's not a pleasant smell getting on the elevator.

The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. My wife and I were very impressed by the breakfast selection. The staff was extremely friendly.

The only negative is our room had a very annoying low volume beeping noise. It sounded like it was coming from the outlet between the beds. The outlet has USB chargers built in so it could've been the power converters in it. It was driving my wife crazy cause even with the fan and a noise maker we brought, she could still her it when she tried to sleep. We didn't want to complain to change rooms because we already travelled all day, unpacked and were ready for bed. We let the front desk know so maintenance could fix it.

check-in was pretty smooth , small hiccup with the key card but Wesley took care of immediately. He is such a friendly, personable, awesome person. super helpful with our questions about breakfast, pool, etc. Beds and pillows are so comfortable, room was roomy, bathroom was beautiful. They have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap and lotion Dove Brand! Parking was free and plenty of spots. Kuerig in room with coffee pods, mini frig and microwave as well. Hot breakfast with muffins, cereal, egg omelet, sausage, bagels etc.. even a pancake machine but it was out of service unfortunately 😔 juices, coffees, teas , toast etc. I did not have picture of lobby but added the mini frig.

just that the pancake machine was working and today was not the bacon day 😂

The facility was fairly clean, I liked that it smelled clean but the floors could use some cleaning, especially in the elevators and common areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the tub handle and they fixed right away.

The place was updated but detail cleaning was needed. The tub tiles and bathtub had a little mold that could be cleaned off with a detailed clean. It was not a huge issue but minor. Overall it felt clean.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and better free breakfast than at most hotels. We also enjoyed the pool and courtyard. The location was convenient and within an easy walk of restaurants and the mall. We also used the electric vehicle charging station which worked well and was free. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The room was a little dark - it could have used another lamp.

The breakfast was very good and the food was fresh. I only wish you had cooked oatmeal, instead of the single serve packets. Overall the hotel was very clean. Loved the complete blackout shade. The hotel was quiet too. Staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

The public restrooms were dirty. The toilets were nasty. One had no toilet paper and the trash can was overflowing with paper.

The breakfast offerings were what iI expected. All of the food, for the most part, was the same as offered at other hotels. The orange juice mix had too much water.

The price for an evening stay seemed to be higher than i thought it would be. Parking at the front of the building along Market Street had several spaces reserved for another business.

There was a pool and workout room and the remote controlled blackout curtains were extremely useful! The overall quality of this hotel was amazing!

If the breakfast hours were a tad longer that would’ve been nice, but that’s just reaching for criticism at that point.

Especially like the king size bed and all white sheets. Also the fabulous Jacuzzi was amazing. Such a great thing to have in your hotel after us older people have walked more than we should have. and needed it for our aching bones. Everything was very clean. breakfast was a little sparse. I kept thinking they would replenish the eggs but iit never happened.

The lady never filled the bins for eggs.
