Everything was great. The lady the checked us in and out was super friendly and helpful. Room was super clean. Loved the water pressure. The bed was pretty comfy and the pictures on the wall was very pretty.

Only thing I would say is room 209 definitely needs a new tv soon. There’s a black line that was driving me nuts while trying to watch tv that’s like center but to the right more of the screen. Also maybe get some vending machines that takes cards too cause not all of us carry cash.

Large quiet room, comfortable bed, absolutely loved the wood floor (so much more sanitary than carpet), great shower with excellent water pressure and lots of hot water, good vanity space around the sink, lots of towels, nice desk and chair plus another comfortable chair, good lighting, lots of electrical outlets, plenty of clothes hangers, easy parking. Lily at the front desk was terrific.

No issues at all. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The staff is really nice and helpful at any time of day. We blew a tire and ended up not checking in until 5am the next morning but the were just as helpful at that time

The vending machines need a little work I think. Drink machine was down and the snack machine only takes coins

The room was nice. I loved the mattress. It was really comfortably firm. The temperature was perfect.

The pillows. They felt like a solid piece of rubber. They were too high and lacked good support straining my neck and shoulders. I finally got up and got the bath towels, folded 3of them and used them as a pillow. The room where you check in and eat breakfast was exceptionally warm.

Outside of the property looked a bit old, but all was great! Room was clean and bed was comfy. McDonalds next door and many options for shipping and dining within 30 minutes.

Spacious room, met some really great and friendly people

Needs more thorough cleaning. AC filters were very dirty. My brother's room ( across the hall) had itemn left in the drawes.

The front desk clerk was friendly and really customer first oriented. She was quite thorough with details about where the room was etc

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable.

The rooms window only had a darkening shade, no sheer curtain. Being on the 1st floor and my window facing the parking lot we couldnt open our curtains because people walked right next to the window. The view into our room was extremely accessible so the room was always dark with only the lamps on. I prefer to have daylight light up my room in the day.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly! I requested a quiet room. It was perfect! Location is close to festivals, restaurants , and shopping centers. We was there for a visit to Ohio Caverns. It was really close.

This is not a dislike by no means but there is nothing more comfortable than my own mattress.

The plexyglass. That freaks me out, then come to find out several ODs from this place. I wish i had known that.
