We travelled from Scotland visiting my son who goes to UNOH and this hotel was in a fantastic location for us and just of the I75, we stayed for 9 nights. Our room was perfect and had everything you could need. We were able to get an extra bed for $15, which we thought was per night but we were amazed that this was a one off payment and we could have the bed for the duration of our stay, it was handy as it meant my son could stay over when he wanted. All of the reception staff were very helpful and friendly and resolved any issues we had very quickly. Breakfast was fab and just right, again the staff were very welcoming. We tried the Pizza Lounge several evenings and the food was really nice with a good choice and not overpriced. There was a pool too which was a nice touch although we didn't use it but others did. It was busy on weekends with families so was a bit noisier and week days it seemed mostly working people which was much quieter. I would thoroughly recommend anyone stay here and we will definitely stay here again should we find ourselves back in Lima.

My family are repeat customers! We've stayed at a few hotels in Lima and this one is by far our favorite. Good breakfast, kid friendly amenities. Also, while there this time, there was a very loud, out of control altercation amongst some of the customers (totally not the hotel's fault) unfortunately we happened to be in the lobby and my kids (8&9) had to witness it, BUT the staff was immediately on it and handled it professionally calling in the police and putting an end to it as quickly as possible.

The beds are SO hard. The tub drained really slowly so taking a shower included standing in a couple of inches of water. And although I don't mind, my kids hate that the last hour of the pool is adults only.

The property was clean . There was so much to do , from the arcade to the toddler play area , to the pool, it was all great! Any time we came into contact with the workers they were extremely friendly and asking if we needed anything. 100% recommend staying here !

There was two things we didn’t like. There was nowhere to get change for arcade so we had to go search our cars for quarters. Another big problem was that the pool has no towels so we went to swim and had to go back to the room soaking wet because we were unaware .

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. Felt very comfortable staying in the room and that it was clean (I’m picky). Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, cereal, pancakes, waffles, individually packaged blueberry muffins (another kind of muffin would have been good as my husband doesn’t like blueberry, some kind of meat would have been nice also). Will certainly stay here again if in the area. Had a games area which we didn’t use, but had a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. Also has a pool, but didn’t use. Our room was pool side/lobby facing and there was a family playing in the lobby but they left about 10 and it was quiet after that (the hours for that area states it closes at 10). Can’t complain here because we didn’t give the front desk a chance to resolve, however the tv wouldn’t change channel - we told front desk when we were leaving and left a note for housekeeping, so can’t say whether fixed or not.

No complaints- we’ll be back if in the area!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to freeway, and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and the shower worked well. I enjoyed using the pancake machine at the breakfast area. Close to the Armstrong Air and Space Museum. We would stay there again.

The furniture in our room needed some upkeeping and / or replacement. The upholstery on the headboard was beginning to peel, and the back of the office chair was torn. The armchair by the window was very uncomfortable to sit in. Room needed some more lighting.

Nostalgic stay at an updated version of the past. Room and bed was comfortable. Shower hot. Liked having a small bar/restaurant in hotel without having to go outside. Resort like setting from the past with everything in the interior of the hotel (pool, bar, pool table, etc.). Had decent hot/cold breakfast.

Our room was located close to the banquet room and there was a function on Saturday night that was very loud.

I like the location. I’m from Lima and never had to stay at hotels until my parents passed away. Stayed at two others, this is our favorite. Very clean. outside is clean also. Like my room location. staff is very friendly. Billie & Heather at front desk were very helpful. Room cleaning staff was friendly and got me what I needed.

Breakfast bar could have had a like more variety. Maybe different muffins or something. But better than the sack breakfast during Covid. TV should come with instructions or they should tape that tiny cable wire to the tv. we couldn’t change channels for two evenings because the wire fell behind. Never seen one of those ever before. We were too tired to call the front desk. And we weren’t there to watch tv anyways. Everything else was great. We will stay there again.

Breakfast bar was good, but the pizza bar the night before was awesome. Everything tasted soooo gooood. Room was nice.A/C worked great. Pretty impressive facility.

Sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close. I'm only 6'1" but I felt like a giant in the shower. The shower head seemed too low. And for all the "go green" literate around (wasn't that much, but still) I think the toilet used 40 gallons to flush (not that many but sure seemed like a lot)

The lobby area, pool and games areas were great. Something for everyone to do. The pool opened at 10 am and closed at 10 pm, which is great for not being woken up or trying to get to sleep while kids are yelling in the pool.

The room was very clean, but a bit tired. There were little webs hanging from the stucco ceiling. The one chair was stained, and the decorative cording was falling off.

Loved the King suite and the extra large jacuzzi tub! Bed was comfortable and the suite was roomy. Enjoyed the balcony view over the pool area.

Wanted to swim, but the place was such a mad house with such large child birthday parties going on, just didn't want to have an audience for just me and my husband to swim. It looks like it's a fun place for families/with children to have a great stay. The morning breakfast was good, however, there were sooooooo many people in there, it was pretty chaotic.
