Location. Price.

Wifi didn't work. TV wouldn't change channels and if you tried more than once it turned off. My husband called the front desk and was told yeah we've been having problems with it for a few days, same thing when I complained in the morning. Not sure why you don't get someone in to look at it if it's been out for a few days!! Part of why I booked was I needed the wifi!

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms and the general the whole hotel

The breakfast meat and eggs were cold. And took forever to be refilled. During the check-in they could not figure out how to add my points to my Best Western card. During checkout in the morning there was no staff available I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to come from another hotel to check me out.

Staff was great, very available, responsive, happy to help. And pet friendly!

Room was a little smaller than we anticipated for a party of 5, so there was no room for a roll-out bed or cot. Also, breakfast concludes at 10, but we had to ask at 9:15 for replenishments, and they were out of several things.

Clean, quiet, smelled fresh

Out of coffee 830am, regular and decaf. Nobody around for check-out, little sign said leave keys be back in a few minutes, we went across the street ate breakfast came back still nobody there, just left the keys

Stayed in hotels for past 14 days. This was the best one yet. Better then the $250 hotels. Clean, new furnishings, friendly staff, great breakfast selection.

He concerns at all. They could have easily charged more based on quality.

The beds alone are worth the stay! They are so comfy! It gets harder to find a hotel with a bath bomb friendly tub so that was a huge plus!! The location was perfect to local and chain restaurants as well as my main reason to stay (the Wilds)! The tea and coffee bar is always a main reason I chose sleep in and I was more than happy to see it here! Breakfast was the normal Covid fare but at least it had hot options and was filling!

I didn't try the pool so comment either way there. I can't wait for full breakfasts again! This one was good though. No real complaints aside from food still in my fridge from the last occupant. Everything else was clean however

Clean room and bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Temperature control unit under window was very old fashioned. cold air was coming on floor underneath the unit. Wall thermostat for heat and AC is more efficient.

Breakfast area was very clean and spacious with a variety of food choices. Waffles were wonderful.

The plasticware was a little too flimsy to cut the waffle but everything else was great.

It was ok. Staff was slow to refill eggs and sasuage, and coffee.

The air conditioner was very loud and the toilet ran occasionally. I did say something when we left,

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My grandchildren spent hours in the pool, then enjoyed the hot chocolate in the lobby.

The room was on the small side, but we didn't spend much time in the room. Breakfast was sparce but understandable at this time.
