Room was a great size. Overall it was fairly clean just a few missed things (under the bed). The area was nice. Tons of food options right there. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

For a 4 night stay we only had like 1/4 of a TP roll and another mostly used one on the shelf so that waa odd. The showers drain was broken so we had to rig it to get the water to drain. Under the bed was never cleaned from previous people and there was open candy all under. Curtains were mostly sheer so the sun woke us early every single day.

Loved the location! Very clean smelling upon entry. Nice front desk staff. Very clean room. Most hotels have uncomfortable beds. My queen size was very comfy & pillows were nice. Ample towels. I use a lot, and they were very accommodating in making sure I had more for use. only thing that would make it better is if they had a hot tub! A/C + heater was very comforting & kept the room at a decent temperature.

I don’t have much to say about what I didn’t like. The only thing was that I noticed the shower plug was not lifting on my first night. So my water wasn’t draining. I had to drain it after my shower by holding the plug up. When I returned from work for my second day, it was fixed & also looked as if it had been cleaned. They also replaced my shower mat with a fresh new one!

Convenient location to airport

Shuttle to/from airport wasn’t readily available. I had to call hotel to find out there was no shuttle on arrival—but they did arrange a taxi. When departing, I had to take a shuttle at a time that wasn’t convenient since they only run every hour. The clerk at the desk was not at all communicative about how the shuttle worked, as I was expecting a taxi again, and I almost missed getting the shuttle.

The hotel was quite nice, welcoming and efficient. Our room was terrific: comfortable and spacious. This was a last minute change in schedule for us due to an impending blizzard. The staff was pleasant but not always available, - even after ringing for them when we checked out. No big deal, tho I prefer to get my receipt at time of check-out. Though conveniently close to the airport, dining options were not "right there" as we had hoped. Just some smaller venues clearly focused on take-out. But options available of that kind of venue.

The room was very spacious, updated, and clean. Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast selection.

The bed was super comfortable. When I checked in, the front desk staff couldn’t find my booking.com reservation. I provided confirmation number, but he could not locate it. He had a difficult time at first being able to find the same rate I received online, but got it within $3, so I was ok with that. I have never had this issue anywhere else.

The location was good. They had a good breakfast. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I like the fact that they have plenty of charging stations around the room and reading lights by the beds.

The pillows were too flat, not quite firm enough. It would be nice if some kind of meat could have been served with the breakfast. One of the reading lights next to the bed did not work.

The published phone number on the website didn't actually ring the hotel; our party had to rent a car to get from the airport to the hotel -- a $22 expense we'd not counted on, since a free shuttle was noted in the amenities.

rooms were big had a sectional a small one in them, very nice pretty spacey we loved it there the tv worked on good Chanel’s service and WiFi was excellent. staff was super nice, had all the amenities it said it did, good location on a good part of town.

the pool was freezing even tho it was supposed to be “heated”. we had a huge red juice stain on our carpet in the room. it wasn’t as close as it said it was to childrens hospital and wasn’t close to downtown. pool closed at 9 not 11.

The breakfast and time were great. Best experience I've had staying at an hotel.

Had an problem with the credit card that I used to book the reservation online was declined at check in. Called the credit card company to learn that I had enough on my limit to pay for the room.

The room, the breakfast, the staff, the room service, the layout of the room, the coffee maker, the mictowave, the t.v. and just about everything else

I didn't like the noise of the bathroom fan. I didn't like that there was no drain cover for the bathroom sink.
