I like the pool and the hall with the airplane ✈️ hanging from the selling reminds me of the Airforce museum near Right Patterson Airforce base I believe the work out room and living room area was pretty cool to have fresh coffee to wake up to

The staff kept asking what my service dog is trained to do or I have to pay 50 for him I was like seriously then I was asked what I need a service dog for I think you can not ask that question but I will go back I really like the place an work out room

even though the property was older, it was still very clean and kept up quite well. The staff was amazing. Very nice and very helpful very pleasant and polite. I was back home from my mothers funeral and I left a few things and was I even left the room a little late that day but the staff was very kind about it.

In the refrigerator in my room did not work. It was plugged in and very clean, but it never called down at all. I did just get it an ice bucket and I try to keep my cool stuff packed in the sink with towels on top and I didn’t say anything to the staff. And even though it said there is cable on the TV, there’s probably only about eight channels and out of those eight channels four of them were too snowy to watch TV oh, and I was so looking forward to the swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance.

The room was quiet. It was very spacious. And the mini fridge worked like a breeze.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. And the smell of the room smelled terrible. Almost moldy. I did end up hurting myself on a tile in the bathroom because it was loose and it took a chunk out of my foot.

Everything was perfect for what I wanted. A shower and a clean bed to prepare me for the early flight the next morning. Also the business room with computers that I desperately needed to use. And the hotel picked me up from the car rental at the airport after I turned my car in, then dropped me off the next morning for my flight. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

The price was great, cleanliness & Staff, was amazing. I DID LIKE everything. 1 would give it 5 stars... But Don't Fool Yourself, for this price you're not getting a brand new 5star hotel. The building facility is quiet outdated.

the location was good and the inside of the building was good too.

the reservation included breakfast. however, when I arrived they told me that breakfast is not served but only coffee. I feel scammed because it was included in the price and they just don’t offer it anymore. also, even though the linens and pillows were clean, the floor was dirty and I found tor nails in the floor. it is disgusting and they don’t clean the floors.

It's convenient for me to get to where I need to be.

The fact that I'm a loyal customer when I come to Columbus and I don't even get like a special discount or anything. I also promote the place to My friends and family when they come there show some appreciation sometimes. Customer Appreciation..

The man at the desk was unaware of our appointment to take the shuttle to the airport, but he jumped right up and took us immediately. Thank you!

Distance to the airport, friendly guy meeting me at front desk, convenient.

How old the hotel is and the carpet is dirty. My feet felt disgusting.

So happy we picked to stay here. The value was great, the beds are insanely comfortable and we had the option to make the AC ice cold.

The bathroom needs updated but it was still fine
