Really everything!!! AND STAFF WAS GREAT, SMILES, ALWAYS ASKING HOW ARE YOU DOING, GREAT AT GETTING THINGS YOU NEED OR ASK FOR!!!!! So overall it was great..

Just no detail cleaning of the rooms! Like refrigerator creases were dirty, had crumbs and dirt like they haven't cleaned it for a while, behind and under nightstands needed to be swept!!! But once notified of the situation it was tooken care of...

Staff was great. Very friendly & helpful. Location was great right next to Fairgrounds. Room was very clean.

.Air conditioner cooled but didn't take moisture out. Bathroom vent blew air in & didn't take moisture out making water drip from the ceiling. Everything always felt damp. There were 4 of us. Housekeeper always left only 2 bath towels. I always had to ask for 2 more. Breakfast was good but not always replenished.

This is our 2nd time staying there and the staff is always so nice and accommodating my room location so it’s easier to walk my fur babies.

The fridge didn’t work well. But we didn’t need to use it but the rooms could use some upgrades and renovations

Staff are very friendly and helpful,clean bedding and towels.

Not a great area but no fault of hotel. Attending the Quarter Horse Congress right across the street.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt like they were glad we were there. We were greeted with a smile every time we came to the desk, even in the middle of the night.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable the room itself was clean, no show of wear or tear on fabrics or furniture .

The bathroom shower was mil-dewwy the coffee pot that was to have been in the room was gone. And no free internet

basically a half mile from the location I need to get to

the electrical outlet on one side of the bed did not work. Receptacle and light both dead so I had devices pluged in around the room trying to charge and work

Very convenient location, quick & cheap uber to downtown.

The shower could have used some more attention. Wasnt the cleanest. Some of the lamps didnt work. Definitely could have had better lighting. Also check out wasnt until 11 & the cleaning people were lurking outside of room around 10 so that was a little ehhhh.

room cleaner never came in the hotel room to clean sheets or hand towels daily after our stay. floor was super dirty never mopped but the stay was ok

Everything is great with this hotel but the hotel and rooms need SERIOUS updates and the cable didnt work in our room or the refrigerator
