The room has been remodeled so it looked great. It wasn't a perfect remodel but compared to some other days inn I've stayed at, this one was amazing. It smelled so clean when going into the room. I've worked many years in housekeeping so I can tell when a room is not properly cleaned. This one was definitely cleaned well. Bed linens were clean and crisp. We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing i could complain about is out of the hotels control and that's the room size. It was a little small and it just made it get too hot in the room but this wasn't really an issue that would prevent a negative review for me.

We've stayed here many times over the years since 2017 (we come to the AQHA Congress every year to watch the Reining Futurity), and wow have they ever upped their game! Rooms all have now been refurbished (last year they were mid-way through and our room last year would not lock from the outside). We had a room facing the congress, on the upper level, and it was very quiet - just like we had asked for. There did not seem to be the same issues with dodgy people doing nefarious business in the car park - at least not whilst we were there. This was our most pleasant stay here ever.

The only thing was - towels on the Sunday! They came to clean up, took our towels but only after we had handed them over did they tell us they did not have any clean ones yet. If they'd given us the option we would happily have kept the towels. It took until late afternoon for them to be replaced. Luckily we had already showered and didn't need another shower after we had been out - the weather was very warm and we had both showered again on the Saturday in the afternoon.

Really everything!!! AND STAFF WAS GREAT, SMILES, ALWAYS ASKING HOW ARE YOU DOING, GREAT AT GETTING THINGS YOU NEED OR ASK FOR!!!!! So overall it was great..

Just no detail cleaning of the rooms! Like refrigerator creases were dirty, had crumbs and dirt like they haven't cleaned it for a while, behind and under nightstands needed to be swept!!! But once notified of the situation it was tooken care of...

Front desk manager who checked us in was very nice! Housekeeper was also very nice!

Floors were “dusty” like if my kids walked around barefoot their feet would get black, and the bottom bed sheets had water marks/black pen marks on them. They still smelled very clean, but the stained sheets should be tossed.

The bed was very cozy and so was the bedding! White comforter makes it smell clean and comfortable! 😁

There wasn't nothing I didn't like except my husband got off work late and I didn't get a chance to spend the whole time I wanted too. 😁

Rooms could use some updating,some kind of a dresser(drawers) would be helpful so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase

The staff was amazing!!! Our AC wasn't working correctly the first day. They replaced it within hours with a new unit.

Older hotel. Very small bathroom. No coffee maker in the room

Staff was great. Very friendly & helpful. Location was great right next to Fairgrounds. Room was very clean.

.Air conditioner cooled but didn't take moisture out. Bathroom vent blew air in & didn't take moisture out making water drip from the ceiling. Everything always felt damp. There were 4 of us. Housekeeper always left only 2 bath towels. I always had to ask for 2 more. Breakfast was good but not always replenished.

This is our 2nd time staying there and the staff is always so nice and accommodating my room location so it’s easier to walk my fur babies.

The fridge didn’t work well. But we didn’t need to use it but the rooms could use some upgrades and renovations

The remodeling was great improvement to the rooms for freshness. Great location. Rooms great.

the metal base to the beds. They make a metal noise when getting in and out of bed.
