Location was perfect, lobby was very pretty. Beds comfortable. Room was large. Door staff very nice, provided umbrellas when it was raining. Overall very nice hotel. Parking available in a lot, didn't have to deal with parking garage. Cost was $10.

Room was not ready for check-in, had to wait almost an hour and a half and we had dinner reservations. No toiletries in bathroom. No soap or conditioner. Carpet in room was stained and didn't look clean. But the bed linens and the rest of the room were clean and room smelled cleaned. The hot tub had some unclean areas around it in the evening and the unclean area was still there the following morning. Leads me to believe it wasn't cleaned overnight. It was very crowded and highly used by young kids, needed cleaned.

Property was very upscale and elegant. They have a doorman who opens the door for you, something I've never actually seen in real life, a very nice touch. The lobby and common areas were just absolutely luxe and high-end and I took many pictures of it as I couldn't believe how nice this place was for what I paid to stay there, almost felt like I was in the wrong place, lol. The room was comfortable, bed was very soft and had plenty of pillows. Bathroom was gorgeous, well stocked and looked like something out of a movie set. The location of the hotel is the selling point here really, as being immediately adjacent to the Easton shopping center is very convenient. Will stay here again next trip to Columbus!

Parking was a $10 extra charge which is ridiculous, and valet was $30. I can understand the valet costs but I parked my own car and walked to the front door with all my bags and there was plenty of parking around when I checked in.

Everything. It is a wonderful facility. A bit pricey, but you can definitely see why. Every single member of staff that I interacted with was wonderful and incredibly helpful. If I ever make it back to Columbus, I will definitely be staying here.

The ONLY issue was the room mini fridge. This is no fault of the hotel, these are not really built for commercial use. Maintenance did come and fix it once, and it lasted about a day, but then failed overnight and I didn't bring it back to the attention of management. They had several big events going on in the hotel, and I did not want to bother them with something so trivial.

I love that it was so close to the mall. Staff was nice but not very helpful.

For the Cost of the room, parking should have been free, and or a breakfast should have been provided. Room Doors made a ton of sound when opening them. Please use WD40.

The location for what we were there for, cleanliness

Parking very confusing. When I asked a valet where to park, I did not get a clear answer as he spoke little English. Also, when booking I paid to have breakfast included, thinking this was typical continental breakfast, so did not let my husband know. He was up before me and paid for his breakfast. Lastly, when a room is booked for 4 people, 4 towels should be in the room. If next booking was provided to the housekeepers when turning over the room, It would save housekeeping from running towels to rooms. These were not deal breakers and I would definitely book here again.

A beautiful facility for any type of event - but formal is best.

I was expecting over the top for the price paid - however the rooms were average and the amenities ok. It was clean and staff were lovely - however I was expecting just that little bit more to make things outstanding. Bar prices were excessive as we paid 50usd for 3 basic mixed drinks.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Every one of the staff was very kind and helpful. This was quite honestly the nicest, cleanest, and most strategically located hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We will be returning again very soon. They far exceeded our expectations. Absolute preeminence at its finest!

From the time we walked in the hotel it was great. Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was amazing good choices a little bit of everything. I will be returning soon.

The only thing wrong was in the shower there was still hair inside and it was not mine.

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was spacious. The lobby, like the room, was beautiful!

The carpeting in our room was very stained (looked like someone sloshed coffee all over next to the bed). It was also torn and frayed right when you walked into the bedroom area. I was REALLY looking forward to room service but I couldn't find a menu anywhere in the room to order from.

The property was beautiful with a great location. my kids enjoyed the pool that was not crowded and warm

my reservation stated breakfast was included in the price I even paid more for the room than other double Queen bed rooms but when I arrived I was told breakfast was not included and that I would have to pay for it. We did not pay for the expensive breakfast and went elsewhere instead leading to a earlier checkout than planned
