The location for what we were there for, cleanliness

Parking very confusing. When I asked a valet where to park, I did not get a clear answer as he spoke little English. Also, when booking I paid to have breakfast included, thinking this was typical continental breakfast, so did not let my husband know. He was up before me and paid for his breakfast. Lastly, when a room is booked for 4 people, 4 towels should be in the room. If next booking was provided to the housekeepers when turning over the room, It would save housekeeping from running towels to rooms. These were not deal breakers and I would definitely book here again.

The property was beautiful with a great location. my kids enjoyed the pool that was not crowded and warm

my reservation stated breakfast was included in the price I even paid more for the room than other double Queen bed rooms but when I arrived I was told breakfast was not included and that I would have to pay for it. We did not pay for the expensive breakfast and went elsewhere instead leading to a earlier checkout than planned

The location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly! The room was spacious. The lobby, like the room, was beautiful!

The carpeting in our room was very stained (looked like someone sloshed coffee all over next to the bed). It was also torn and frayed right when you walked into the bedroom area. I was REALLY looking forward to room service but I couldn't find a menu anywhere in the room to order from.

The room was very clean. The decor was exceptional. The desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed it. $20 a person is a bit pricey but overall worth the money. The coffee was excellent.

One of the male workers hit on my wife while we were there. He was on the clock and working (he was behind the counter serving food) and decided to take the time to hit on my wife when I wasn't there. I know the hotel can't control all the staff but the situation is not acceptable.

The hotel has an ideal location within walking distance of the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. We requested extra bedding for the pullout couch and it was brought to the room very quickly. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that might have made the stay better would have been free parking. Other than that, we were quite pleased.

Great little wknd for us back in Feb of this yr. Breakfast was great buffet style but also had an egg station made to order. The location is great for shopping and if you're a foodie there are plenty of places to choose from. We especially enjoyed the pool. IT'S HEATED!!! It is so hard to find a heated pool in the winter here in ohio. I would definitely stay here agian with our little family or just as a couple.

We loved the staff and the lobby. The initial look of the hotel was beautiful. Pool was nice. Hot tub was cold. Our room was pretty standard. However, our bathroom had a big plastic piece broken off the door hanging and the soaps were empty. Otherwise, our overall experience was great!

Everything - the accommodations are majestic - spotless, spacious, attractive and relaxing! The heated pool was the best reward at the end of a busy day!

The only negative was the 2nd night I added on cost almost double. The first night was through bookings.com. They could not contact Hilton to add the 2nd night. I had to call Hilton direct and that was confusing and costly.

The location is great. The breakfast was an exceptional deal and we enjoyed it. Overall a very lovely facility. The front desk did a superb job of checking me in. Very friendly and professional.

Our room, bathroom in particular was not properly cleaned. When my wife got in tub to take a relaxing bath she pulled the shower curtain and the entire inside of it was covered in public hairs as if someone had shaved in the shower and got it all over the inversion of the curtain. Many of the hairs fell into the tub with her and onto the bath mat on the floor. She was very put out by it. I started to call the front desk but she was embarrassed.

Teenagers running wild through the hotel on Friday night. Front desk staff inattentive to passing guests Two calls and a trip to the front desk to get linen for the pull out sofa bill was about $50 more than booking. com quoted and the only extra was $10 parking plus tax (total $21.50) so not sure to where the extra $30 ish is attributable.
