The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the gentleman who checked me in was just pleasant. The woman in the morning who made the breakfast was absolutely delightful. And the women behind the desk when I checked out the following morning we're also Very friendly. I also like that they offer free lyft service to and from the airport.

There really wasn't anything not to like. by no means Was it a five star hotel. but for The price and the convenience of the location to the airport was absolutely worth it.

Lots of free parking. Easy to access from hotel and then back to freeway to get into the city. This chain always provides a reasonable breakfast and coffee which is appreciated. Room was in good condition and comfortable.

Slightly pricey for what is offered but overall within reason.

Communication!! Nobody told us we had to actually check into the room at 3:00! We came from NC just to sit in the lobby after someone came in and we went in behind them, the guy never came to the front desk til someone came out at 4:55 to check out! He had an attitude, said our room was cancelled because we didn’t check in at 3:0pm. We didn’t get there till after 3:30am The next day, because of the storm and we got lost, so we were very tired!!! Other than this guy the other front desk personnel were great! We did enjoy our stay and plan to come back in Sept. or Oct. 2022..

The dayshift front desk clerk "queen" Traci was amazing. We reserved 3 rooms and we had asked to have early check in(normal check in 3pm) for 1 room because a member of our group couldn't participate in our activities that day due to health issues. They had just had ball teams leave at the 12pm check out time so they were very busy. We arrived at 1245pm and Traci went above and beyond and not only got us the 1 room we needed but got all 3 rooms ready for us to check in and all next to each other within 20 mins of us showing up and making the request. She was awesome!

There seemed to be lots of people in and out all night. Also the pool was closed down. Also the breakfast was not that appealing

Super easy to check in. We arrived in the evening late and the staff was attentive and kind. We were thankful for the staff and our room was clean and ready by the time we got there.

The breakfast wasn’t great but that’s to be expected from a free breakfast. Wished there was more to go options

Very clean rooms a staff that stands out with generosity and kindness, which we don't see much of these days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for the best hotel that money can buy! Managing here is outstanding by far! Great atmosphere and I can go on and on with this hotel because they're everything that a person needs for a relaxing quiet experience!

There's nothing I didn't like, they the perfect hotel.

I had requested a small cake for our Anniversary. And they came through. I was expecting it to be added to my bill and be charged for it, but they said they were happy to get it for us. I wanted this to be a surprise for my husband. He was surprised and had no idea I had made the request. Thank you so much for all that you did to make our anniversary special.

I wish the breakfast options would have offered more protein. Greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs.

Close to the airport. I like the gas station - Sheets. You can get decent sandwiches and other small things. The front desk staff was quite welcoming and humorous.

There is only fast food. You have to have a car or Uber to get to other restaurants. The area is still being developed and lots of new businesses, but there still some additional work to be done. (This isn't the hotel, but the area.)

Breakfast was good except for the powder eggs. and the food staff were all friendly. The other staff they assisted if ask with items for the rooms. Even being short staffed the staff didn't act unfriendly. Looked overwhelmed. Check in an out staff was very courteously and helpful

They were short staffed. Took all day for the staff working to clean unoccupied rooms. Occupied rooms only got serve if you asked for it .I had two rooms 6 peoples for 6 days Our rooms were never cleaned

I liked the closeness to the airport and the pool . It was an enjoyable stay after a long haul flight from Europe.

Maybe the check in procedure is in general in the USA pretty slow as you need to put your credit card down for the room and amenities , that times 3 as I booked 3 rooms. Nothing else I didn't like.
