room was clean and bed very comfortable. breakfast was fine with good hot food along with the usual assortment of cold foods - coffee was great.

There was an odor (of dill/spice) in the room as soon as you open the door - you get used to it once you are in the room and don't notice it. But it was off-putting. I was too tired to ask for a room change as I was only overnight. There was a broken light bulb in the lamp next to my bed - I just switched it out for the one in the lamp on the desk and left a note that it needed replacing, but these things really need to be checked by staff each time the room is cleaned. Again, too tired to wait for a replacement that night.

1. The King suite room was very nice. It was beautiful and very nice designed. I like the layout and the French door very much. 2. The receptionist at that night was a very nice lady. She worked effectively and caring.

1. Breakfast was not very impressive. 2. The room was not prepared missing towels, shower curtain, and pillowcases. The cleaning person must forget that the room was not properly done. 3. The indoor swimming pool was opened at 10 am. so we could not use it because the check-out time was 12 noon. 4. The morning receptionist was not very kind. She had some attitude and quite a complainer. The way she speaks was not very caring and a bit indifferent. I was so glad that the night receptionist was very nice because it created good impression about the hotel. We arrived so late around midnight from our long flight so meeting with a nice receptionist was a plus.

For the price and short-term stay, the room was good. Pretty clean, a couple of the side table drawers did have some previous customer trash, but nothing bad or gross. Basic needs in the room and overall clean.

Was disappointed in the breakfast. Being complimentary, I didn't expect a full spread, but limited choice of breads (no bagels, muffins, danish, etc.) and no eggs with the breakfast potatoes and sausage. Overall, good, just would've liked a bit more options. Coffee was really good!

Location and the breakfast

Always the hallways and the elevator even outdoors has a very heavy smell of marijuana use throughout the hotel which is a bad outlook for a lot of the guests who are staying at that the hotel doesn’t want to smell it nor have there children around it.Also the house keeper’s doesn’t come in and clean the rooms when you’re staying longer than the three days

The room was amazing. Love the floor plan and the way it was made to feel private.

The Wi-Fi and the frozen food prepared in a microwave. Breakfast could be a lot better. Having a selection of fresh fruit rather than one choice. Cereal that is not stale and someone who knows how to make coffee correctly. The shower heads sucked!

I liked that the bed was lower to the ground. My friend and I are short so it was very nice!! The breakfast selection was the best I'd ever seen and the entire breakfast nook was kept very clean! Our room was also noticeably clean; having a noticeable but pleasant chemical/clean smell.

The toilet had some issues; I notified desk staff twice. Once on my first morning and again at check out.

Continental Breakfast and location was the reason I chose Country Inn

We walked down to breakfast at 945am after being told breakfast was until 1030am. There were limited cereal but NO milk. No yogurt, fruit, bagels, danish, waffle mix, sausage What we found to eat was cold eggs and potatoes with a few slices of bread for toast. There were approximately 30 more overnight guests were just as disappointed with very limited breakfast selection.

The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the gentleman who checked me in was just pleasant. The woman in the morning who made the breakfast was absolutely delightful. And the women behind the desk when I checked out the following morning we're also Very friendly. I also like that they offer free lyft service to and from the airport.

There really wasn't anything not to like. by no means Was it a five star hotel. but for The price and the convenience of the location to the airport was absolutely worth it.

It was very close to the airport but also only a 10 minute drive to downtown Columbus. There were food options within walking distance.

I could not get the WiFi to work during my entire 5 day stay. I had to go to the McDonalds next door and sit there for hours to use their WiFi which was frustrating when I would rather relax and be in my hotel room.

Is was very clean and love that it was pet friendly! The staff was excellent to me, prior to checking in I had a horrible experience and the little girl at the front desk was amazing to me!!! Will definitely stay here every time I travel to Columbus
