I liked the Suite amenities. Parking security. Friendly staff.

I am ADA and the handicap spaces were not compatible. They were all the way at the end of the building. Very far from the front door and there was one about 100' in the middle of a huge parking lot ???? Seriously this is a huge fail. There weren't any blue spaces by the back door. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing. Staff did well with keeping it stocked for the amount of guests but the choices were minimal and limited for special diets. I made changes for the remaining breakfasts. My room was all the way at the end of an extremely long hallway. I would stay there again but now I know better.

The breakfast was perfect and I loved that it wasn’t a heavy breakfast. The breakfast was more health focused opposed to fattening.

The staff was amazing until I attempted to check out. The employee was on the phone, looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me and kept talking on the phone. I stood there a good 10 minutes or more until another employee came and made him check me out. He stayed on the phone, no eye contact or acknowledgement still. What a way to leave a lasting impression at check out. Of course the employee didn’t have on a name tag on because I certainly was going to make a complaint. I would have had no problem if I would have been acknowledged, like normal employees do if they absolutely can not put the caller on hold. I almost felt it was a personal call because he started whispering and pushing random buttons on the keyboard.

We loved the up to date amenities and decor of the room. The functionality as well.

There were a few cockroaches coming from the kitchenette sink in the middle of the night. It didn’t look like a terrible infestation (yet). To me, it’s not a huge deal; knowing that this is a manageable situation, but still a little unappealing nonetheless.

The staff was great! We brought 2 dogs along with us, and they made sure to put us on a ground floor level just steps from the door to make potty trips sooo much easier. The rooms seemed brand new and beautiful. The bar staff was awesome, and breakfast was more than I've ever seen offered at a hotel. Definitely the cleanest place I think I have ever stayed!

The breakfast was pared down from normal hot buffet due to covid constrictions but was totally acceptable. Everything was clean...we constantly saw staff cleaning. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was very quiet. There was a bad storm the last night we were there and both my husband and I slept right through it all.

The toilets throughout the building were very low to the ground and NOT comfortable or easy to use!

This is a quality hotel that was convenient, extremely clean and the breakfast was excellent. Check in was so easy and the front desk employee was very friendly. There was such a wide variety to choose from at breakfast that included healthy and gluten free options! Would 100% stay again!

The beds and room are very comfortable and loved the full kitchen…..unexpected! Also the workout center is very well maintained with a nice variety of equipment. It was very busy! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was only one small bar of soap…..but we didn’t request more. You can add a waffle maker to the breakfast buffet and basic toast. So, really nothing in the grand scheme of things!!

Location was good, very nice facility with excellent staff. Really appreciated the hot breakfast!

The door to the room was extremely heavy to open. The tension was really needing to be reduced so the door doesn't slam on a person. Almost so annoying I would consider staying somewhere else. I also wasn't told about the pet charge until I checked in.

The parking lot is not the greatest. Too far from the main door to walk especially when it’s raining.
