Other than my daughter forgot her paw patrol doll in the room and they kept it. They said we threw it in the trashcan but they are lying. My daughter forgot it laying on the bed and they refused to give it back and she is a special needs child so I had to go buy a whole new paw patrol dogs which was almost $100.

The staff was very rude and nasty when I called them and told them my daughter left her paw patrol dog there they told me it was in the trash the doll was to big fit in trash can in the room she just got it for her birthday that weekend was her birthday!!!!

large room. comfy bed. clean. hot water. nice kitchen. excellent and personable staff. Pegge, Jill, Misti and another lady for whom I did not get a name, were so helpful and friendly. the shower head didnt work when we first signed in but the maintenance man was ‘johnny-on-the-spot’ and had it fixed within minutes. we had an excellent experience and week’s stay. we’ll definitely look for rooms here when we next visit the Dayton area. thank you!!

Rooms size and space. Full kitchen (we didn’t use but nice to have a full size fridge.

Not your fault but next time I’ll ask for third floor. People above were heel walkers. Woke up several times due to others. Didn’t know there would be no ice maker so went and got ice.

Staff was wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. Wish I could have taken the bed home with me, so comfortable!

Wish the kitchenette had been stocked with atleast basics.

The spacious rooms, the staff was fantastic! Extremely accommodating, especially the front desk staff, absolutely loved them!! The kitchenette, one of the main reasons we stay at this location every year during Trans Am Nationals.

Only minor issues. The breakfast, which I already knew, isn't great and the coffee isn't very good. Lack of ice machine, but again knew this prior to making the reservation.

Beyond expectations. Bed was very comfortable! Plenty of living area. Lots of seating. Very clean.

No probleme.

Convenient to the event we were attending.

There wasn't anything we didn't like really but we only stayed overnight.

No dishes etc. in the room.
