Location

I was very thirsty and tired from the long drive. I checked the refrigerator for water, but it was empty. I called the front desk and asked for water. I was told to get it from a vending machine on the first floor. I went to the first floor to find a bottle of water, but the vending machine did not have any water. I went to the front desk and informed the employee that there is no water available. He instructed me to check the third floor, and after going there, I discovered that there was no water in the vending machine. I get a Gatorade drink from the vending machine. The guy was extremely unprofessional. I understand there is nothing free, but please make it available for the customer to purchase. Very poor customer service.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The room was bigger than I expected. I loved the closet with full length mirrors on both doors. Laundry facilities were available.

The downside was the vending machines were only located on the first floor, we were on the 3rd floor. The hot tub needed cleaned so we didn't use it.

Location was nice, easy parking, pool and hot tub worked, and spacious room.

The $150 security deposit. Could have been cleaner...mirrors and TV were dirty. Shower curtain rod needs fixed in the room we stayed in. The bed was very very hard for my liking.

It was clean and a place to lay our heads after a long cold day it was near a shopping plaza

There was a little trouble while we were there cops called twice but it didn't concern us but was a little concerning

How friendly and nice the receptionist was

There was a little maintenance work that needed attention. My room bulbs over the sink were out.. the shower walls had dark spots that needed to be painted. As a customer and seeing this makes you hesitant to use the restroom for the shower.

Easy booking,staff was super friendly. I love the location because it's close to so many things . We can go out to eat or order in.

The couch was too close to heater so it wouldn't stay on so it was quite chilly. I finally moved it away so I wasn't so cold

This hotel is our home away from home. We visit family in Akron often and we love to stay at this hotel each time.

I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff, they always try to give us the accomodations we need and our rooms are clean and comfortable.

From the outside the property looks great, clean well maintained landscaping and a well lit ample parking lot. We were greeted by friendly welcoming staff at the front desk. Our king room was very large and clean.

It is tired hotel and needs a refresh. Furnishings showing signs of age and use. Bathroom badly needs modernization. No mini fridge which was disappointing as almost ever hotel had them in guest rooms today.

Convenient, very clean and reasonable

No complaints, just a suggestion...I wish the pool and jacuzzi area was open pass 11pm, it would be nice to relax before bed and no children in the pool at that time. There isn't a Lifeguard on duty anyways.

It shows they really want return visits. Professional, highly recommended place to stay if driving thru or here to stay awhile. Robert
