My college friends and I went to The Grand Resort to celebrate our 50th birthdays this year. We relaxed at the pool, roman bath, had spa treatments, and ate delicious food. We loved that we never had to leave the resort- everything we needed was right there. We loved it so much, we are thinking this will be our annual trip location.

We loved everything!! Next time we will request to stay on the first floor. We didn't know there was not an elevator. Maybe let guests know there isn't an elevator and perhaps they would prefer to stay on the first floor. No complaints though. It was a great trip and I did not want it to end.

The recreation center and tennis opportunities. Access to the other properties. Variety of restaurants. Golf courses. Swimming pools and Roman Spa. Lifeguards were on duty and attentive. Staff and service. Quick response to any needs.

The grand resort rec center could have had a few bicycles for guests to use. TV programming was ok but why not access to pay for view movies? Would have been nice. No tennis channel.

The hotel is beautiful. The decor is very classy, upscale. The gentleman who picked us up in the parking lot was a delight! Thanksgiving meal was very good. Good servers.

The pillows on the bed aren't really formed pillows. They are sort of like a bag of fluff. And once you finally get them to support your head the way you like, as soon as you move, you have to start again. I had a sore neck. Of the three rooms my family had, not one of the Keurig coffee makers worked. Considering there is no complimentary coffee in the lobby, this was a big issue for us. Also, my hair dryer wouldn't go above low. Nothing major, but maybe appliances in the rooms need to be checked out, replaced.

The Grand Resort was Amazing..We Celebrated Our 5th Wedding Anniversary Staying there. It was Luxury So Close To Home. We felt like we were in Italy or Greece lounging by the pool. The Resort was Immaculately Clean and the Staff was Wonderful. We had dinner at The Chop House which was right on the property. Our waiter Josh was Great! We didnt want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The facility is beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. I love that the facility is pet and kid friendly, so you don't have to worry about who will watch half the family.

The only downside to the facility is its not wheel chair accessible, so my rooms had to be split on two separate floors.

The food was great and our server was outstanding. She knew what we liked and she was at our table each with our coffee in hand to serve us. She had a great personality!

Everything was great as well as the staff. They were top notch!

The pool, bedroom jacuzzi, staff, even the breakfast delivered in the morning were all great! The only thing missing was a firework show. For the price of the hotel and all that was included you would think they'd offer a fireworks show for the 4th of July.

The bed and pillows were too soft. Resort provided soaps were not very great either, left skin feeling too dry.

the amenities are second to none in the area, and the restaurants have excellent food

it was beautiful to look at and the staff were all friendly and respectful to us all. Treated us all like we were family or close friends. I’ve been there twice and I’m currently trying to plan a future stay.

the pools are the greatest I’ve seen so far but there was something inside the resort for everyone to enjoy.

Everything was great. Breakfast choices and service were excellent. All meals(food and drinks) were easily available and tasty. Loved the Roman pool and all the areas to sit and sun. The music was nice island type music. We felt like we were on an island resort.
