Holiday Inn Express Lordstown-Newton Falls/Warren, an IHG Hotel

Convenient to several towns. It is nestled down low between two highways. Our room was very clean. We stayed on the backside which was quiet. Breakfast area was neat and had a good variety of foods. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed. Parking was easy.

Hallway on the third floor smelled like smoke even though it is a non smoking property. However our room did not.

Good place to stay for a night when you're traveling on 80. Room seemed clean. Had a great dinner at local supper club, thanks to staff for the recommendation. No complaints. We were only there to sleep.

No complaints, but we just wanted a place to sleep (arrived late, left early). Did not investigate any facilities or breakfast, so cannot comment on anything besides the room itself.

While the facility was updated and very nice, we missed having a ventilation fan in the bathroom. ...but the happy and sad faces are reversed in this survey review...

Couldn't have been more convenient in the to the expressway! The hotel was crisp and clean and appeared recently remodeled. The room was spacious with a large suitcase holder as well as hooks and closet. Plenty of USB charging jacks. Nice bathroom mirror with lighting on all sides.... and they had real breakfast again! No bags! Sausage and omelets and the rest. The staff were cheery and polite.

The breakfast was ok. On last day we were like two minutes late food was still out but lady said it was closed and wouldn’t let us get anything.

Well someone burnt popcorn and the alarm went off and door on back stairwell did not release and people couldn’t get out except to go down hall out the front lobby. Big life safty issue!!!

We liked the ease of checking in. The suite was spacious & clean! Comfortable beds & pillows. Location is perfect for doing local sight seeing. We were also pleased with the hot breakfast. Wide variety & a Quick Cakes pancake machine!!!

Most hotel Bathrooms can get dirty but this one was fairly clean the only issue was the tub didn't drain well

our room face Interstate 76 and one could hear traffic at night. Not terrible but if you’re a light sleeper I would request a room not facing the highway.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was sparkling clean with great amenities. The wifi worked well and the shower was the best Ive ever had in a hotel! Shower had lots of water pressure and hot water!! Did I mention that the shower was amazing? Highly recommend, but ask for a room at the backside of hotel away from highway.

We could hear the highway in our room even with both of our phones playing white noise. Check in was very slow, but friendly.

Staff was extremely sincere about an issue with the hotel door. They did everything possible to accommodate us from this mishap.

I would to see a turkey option to breakfast.

breakfast was a bust. the pancake machine was broken all 4 days I was there. had to wait for coffee. not a good selection

I loved how comfortable the beds were. I also loved the room darkening shades that part was the best. Room was a good size as well.

The sheets had stains on them. When I first pulled back the bedding to climb in I noticed the stains. Wasn't really too thrilled about that.
