Beautiful property, historic location, nice views, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, very friendly staff. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world; this one easily ranks in the top 5. Just thoughtfully-executed, beautiful without being stuffy, and well-maintained. I like to give credit where credit is due, but I hope this place stays one of the best-kept secrets in central Ohio. Same with the town, actually. An unexpected gem in the Ohio countryside.

It's a beautiful hotel. Bed was very comfy. Pillows were very good. Breakfast was actually pretty good except the coffee!!

I booked a DOUBLE QUEEN room and ended up with a KING with a sleep sofa. Normally wouldn't be a big deal but my husband and I were traveling with our adult son who needs a bed NOT a sleep sofa! The day of arrival I called to confirm that we would be checking in late (7pm) and confirmed two double queens and they said yes. We got to the hotel and they had given our two queen room away and we had a King with sofa. NOT COOL. Other than this mishap, the hotel was good and the front desk person was doing his best at being accommodating. Coffee was not good.

The breakfast was disappointing, less options than a chain hotel. Fresh fruit that wasn’t green bananas or red delicious apples would have been nice. The woman working the breakfast was coughing all over the place. It would also be nice to have a shelf or surface in the bathroom to hold things while you’re showering.

Decent breakfast, enough variety. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I arrived with my 85 years old mother who has limited mobility, the elevator was out of order at that time, which the receptionist seemed to have no clue about and put us in the room on the top floor! No apologies for inconvenience, no assistance were offered from any of the staff. We got help carrying our luggage up by the total stranger just happened to have a heart of gold! It was a big disappointment!(

Hotel is nice. I really like staying there. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice location. Breakfast area nice with fruit, yoghurt, cereal etc. for breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.

For the amount we payed I felt breakfast could have had bacon. Expensive.

Beautiful hotel and very cordial night concierge. Will definitely stay here when going through the area. The breakfast was a warm continental style. The rooms near the lobby were decorated to the style of the hotel. It was easy to pull up and unload. Parking was just next door. The beds are so comfortable as well. Overall, a very nice place.

The room was comfortable and clean, though perhaps a little small for two queen beds. But it was fine. The room was quiet. If you are on the front or other side of the building you may hear more of the road noise from outdoors. The hotel is directly on the main or central circle of town near the county office buildings, banks, a hospital, and many small shops and eating places. It is rather fun to walk around to area. The breakfast was very nice and more than I expected. There were three hot choices along with the usual cereals, breads, drinks, and fruit.

Perfect location, great parking, clean lobby and very beautiful indeed! The room was comfortable, and it had a "modern historical" look. Outlets were modern, lamps had a unique style to them, and the bed was absolutely lovely!

I had to wait about 3 minutes at the guest services counter, and there wasn't a bell to ring. The shower pressure was good, but I still wished it was a bit stronger, but definitely not bad. The view was not the best in the world - parking lot - but I get it. Someone has to be put there.

Didn't eat there. Most hotel, and all housekeeping staff were very courteous, but some front desk employees were rather stern and unfriendly. I very much liked that after each room cleaning both fresh clean, safety wrapped, water and wine glasses were provided. Very nice touch. Ice machine on my floor was nonfunctional the whole time, but not really a big deal, just had to travel down/up a couple of flights of stairs. Hotel was booked at less than 40% during my stay so it was very quiet with no issues in terms of onsite parking. I was not really a big fan of the complete locking of the main lobby doors each night. Typically all side doors are locked and front doors remain open or accessible via room card. But definitely an overall positive experience that I would recommend to others.

The room was clean and organized well. The hotel itself had charm and very nice sitting rooms with period fireplaces and furniture thru out. Parking was free, off the street, well lit and safe. The staff was exceptional, polite and very helpful. The location is ideal for downtown, food delivery available through local eateries and door dash services, handicap accessible. I loved taking my breakfast across the street, eating in the park and hearing church bells. I would definitely stay here again with family. Thank you for the awesome experience.
