The scenery and the gazebo and pond area

The person who checked me in added a extra 100 dollars on my account just in case if there were any damages or issues and when I was checking out the next morning the day staff was checking in a guest and she charged him the regular price what I was supposed to pay and he didn't have the extra 100 dollars added to his bill just in case if he was going to have damages or issues I felt that was unfair and I witnessed the whole transaction I felt that I was discriminated by the night staff like I was a young and wild teenager that was going to disrespect the property I'm a 60 year young respectful man lol 😆

Check in was easy, room was clean. We came it late, but someone was at front desk ready to check us in.

Fresh coffee should always be available in the lobby free of charge. We paid enough for the room, we should not have to pay additional for coffee in morning. Although there was small amount of coffee in room, it was stale and the powdered creamer made it taste even worse! I spent $10.00 to get coffee downstairs. Was Starbucks, but last place we stayed at also had Starbucks for FREE!

The front desk staff and facility as a whole was awesome

Their marquee restaurant in the lobby was terrible. Terrible service, crappy attitude, dishonest about staffing levels and treated me like I was the problem for questioning why the ignored me for 15 minutes past my reservation time. My wife and I decided to go eat elsewhere. Front desk gave us free buffet tickets for next morning at the restaurant and the service was the same. Kept gesturing 1 minute for over ten minutes and then finally came out to us to seat and the first thing the waitress said is we close the buffet in a half hour and we’re out of a lot. Went in seated no drinks or asking what we wanted for 8 minutes. Got up looked at buffet and almost everything was empty except for a pile of overcooked bacon. They were awful to us when asked if they’d be refilling!!!

It was extremely clean!!! Even the TV remote was sanitized. Staff was extremely nice and always helpful. We were able to get early check in and late check out! The pool was awesome, we had it all to ourselves and played music on our portable speakers - a maintenance guy noticed us swimming and came and opened the giant sliding doors so it was more like we were outside. The bed and couch were very comfortable and the room was very spacious and modern. I thought it was designed well with the bed being as far from the door as possible as well as around a corner. It's also nice you can swivel the TV around so you can watch it from the sitting area or bed. The bathroom was also really nice - I liked how big the shower/tub was and the aesthetics. It's awesome being on the second floor to have a balcony, though lower floors still have a patio. We also ate at the CK Pub one day for lunch and everyone was really happy with their food.

Great location, very friendly/helpful staff. Has two bars/restaurants on site. Beautiful courtyard area. Bed was extremely comfortable along with the entire room. Will make this our hotel whenever we’re in the area.

This is on a customer, not the hotel: Fire alarm waking us up because someone was vaping inside by the bar area instead of following the rules and going outside.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Rooms were good size. The mini frig was nice. No microwave was a downfall. Water pressure and shower head was wonderful. Was nice having the jets in tub and pressure for shower pressure and rain head.

When switched to a king suite it didn't have a few of the thoughtful extras that the queen room had. Ex, the clothes line in the bathroom which is good for the bathing suits and towels. It also didn't have the extra magnify, makeup mirror which made it nice for 2 people to get ready at same time.

Beautiful hotel,It was so nice to have so many amenities. We were there for a sporting event. My daughter loved the fish in the pond. It was so convenient to get dinner and go to the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing the hotel could do about it, but it was really noisy at night. We had to go to bed early to get up early in the morning.

Beds were large and very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Lobby and pool area was also clean. They kept the pool towels stocked. I needed a lightbulb replaced and the staff came in less than 5 minutes. Atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Anything I asked for was taken care of right away.

The drain in the shower was slow. The microwave is down in the lobby if you need one.

Two King Beds!! Soooo comfortable! Room was bigger than we expected and VERY clean. Had our own little patio with sliding glass door. And a little living area with sofa and TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Shower was small, and the shower curtain kept touching me while I was showering. Kind of grossed me out. No microwave in room

The beds were huge and so comfy that we barely got out the whole time. The room was also large, with a sofabed that became a "cozy corner" for my 11-year old who slept there, and stayed there all day. We loved eating at the restaurant on the terrace, by the pond with a fountain, and there were two other places to eat and drink! It was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

It would be idyllic if the pool were larger. There was a large family there and not enough room for all of us who wanted to swim at one time.
