The area is a bad area. But we had to travel in order for my son to meet his BEST online friend of 5 years, and this area was our halfway point. My husband instantly spotted the new owner. (Can you tell we travel a lot?) He was as kind as he could be! Smiling when our two boys screamed of joy to see each other. The rooms were clean, updated. The pool room was amazing and it didn't feel like we were in the area that we were in. The hotel has a lobby that is lovely and contributed to so many good memories for my family. My only complaint is the deposit policy that is NOT stated on booking. When we arrived at 11, we had 1 hour to get $100 cash or they'd keep our money and we'd have to leave. Had the owner been there that night, I don't think this would have been an issue. The female at the desk was very rude, but the owner and his wife were charming. We WILL return to the hotel. They keep everything inside orderly and clean!

The deposit that wasn't states on booking. The lady at the front desk was rude. Everything else was exquisite. Especially the breakfast.

The majority of the staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was clean and quite.

I however was extremely upset to come back from my son's wedding to find that a staff member had been in our room. As was evident by the brand new adjoining room lock that was installed. Even though the do not disturb sign was on the door and my younger son's service dog was in the room.

hot tub was really hot. room was clean, the king suite was basically just two adjoining rooms, but it was nice having two bathrooms. I would definitely go back

the breakfast wasn’t that great as far as selection

My cell phone fell out on my coat in the airport shuttle and the staff actually drove right back to the airport to meet me and give me the phone ! That was awesome! 🥲

The guy who checked me in on Sunday. He appeared totally bored and didn't provide any information when asked.

Price was within reason (if everything was in working condition)

Pool was freezing. Hot tub was broken. Doors didn’t work. Toilets wouldn’t flush. Staff opened windows in whole building so walking out of room to pool or back was just crazy for Ohio weather. Breakfast was limited could have used more options. Staff walked in room to clean without knocking while changing (apology accepted but always knock!!)

Hot breakfast, clean room, pet friendly.

Hot tub closed. I stayed a couple years ago and it was in the same state, closed with what looks like caution tape across it. Pool area overall needs serious attention and cleaning. Mold on lawn chairs, lights flickering.

Even though it was a way from the airport, the free shuttle TO the airport was on time and the drive was good. We haven't stayed in La Quinta for years, but it met our expectations.

Shuttles from the airport did not exist at the hour we dropped off our rental car. Had to take a cab.

Front desk person {Denis}, made our stay the best, very attentive, including all my bothers, He tried his best to make our stay perfect! Plus my children lost a teddy bear and the maintenance guy made it possible to find it, so grateful.

The first room the AC was not working at all but I was accommodated to another and it was the best.

I like the location and the area. It was quiet and nice. And the price was good. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Gas station and mall is near too.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the microwave was making a noise everytime we used it.

They were very accommodating. We were driving from Illinois to Ohio and majority of our ride through Indiana there were severe thunderstorms. I called to let guest services know we would be checking in later than what I expected. The gentleman over the phone was very helpful and assured me there was no need to rush. Check in process was quick and easy form to fill out for my pet (first time traveling with my dog). The AC unit was rather loud so I just had the cool fan on. Around 8am there was maintenance in a couple of the rooms down the hall and we could hear it. That was the only issue I had. Breakfast was a grab and go but it was provided. Overall I would stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Being woken up by the loud banging and drilling sound was my least favorite thing.
