The hotel was quite nice, good parking and close access to roads/freeways/airport etc. Rooms were wonderful, clean and spacious and the beds were excellent in comfort. Overall a very nice place to stay with a reasonable rate.

Breakfast coffee was excellent, but it was lacking a bit in diversity of food. Egg croissants looked great but were a bit tired, scrambled was fine, yogurts average, breads average. Overall solid, but not quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

Breakfast was great and fresh. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My room was not set up like the one I secured on the email. It was supposed to have a large kitchen corner counter and larger kitchen table. The lights above the stove was dead so we couldn't see to cook in the evening. Was told a maintenance would come the next day and never came. The credit card machine would not work for a long while and was an embarrassment around the other residents. Our card was not the problem by the way. We made the best of it and slept comfortably. In the future we would like to have those issues met right away or some back to plan. .

The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly. I liked the fruit options and toasted bagels. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn’t find anything she liked. I liked the large room and location of the hotel to the airport. I also liked the gym.

The pool was not clean. First, you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. When we got in another guest was cleaning out sausage from the pool. When I went under the water there was a panty liner on the bottom.

The new hotel is in a good location for us. Many restaurants and shops right around the facility. Room with huge but did not have enough seating for us and only two coffee cups. Loved the toiletries in the bathroom but only three towels. We feel that maybe the newness of the hotel was part of the reason it was not as accommodated as it should have been. There is a missed opportunity to add better/larger furniture to the room for more comfort

Very limited furniture. A small couch and a two-person table against a wall. The family came to see us and ended up sitting on the floor. TV in both the living area and bedroom was small for the room so watching from the couch was a little more difficult than it should have been. Picky items here as the hotel was clean and nice.

Very nice and professional front desk staff

I had to go down to the front desk twice due to no maid service after the first night for towels. The second night there was maid service but all they did was replace towels and and we ran out of toilet paper.

The location for us was excellent. Once we arrived we did not have to use our car again until we were leaving. The staff were very nice & could not be more accommodating. I loved the outdoor seating area. It was so relaxing. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. There were not all of the traditional selections usually offered.

Did not use any of the amenities. Chose location since it was within walking distance to the concert we had tickets for rather than risking a DUI. Room was amazing and comfortable but we were out by 5:30am.

Everything was perfect

The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. It was nice to be offered a hot breakfast again. The room was very comfortable and inviting. I was even able to check in an hour early. I really appreciated that.

I thought the price might have been just a little too high. But that is the only thing I could complain about.
