For an airport hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean and accommodating the stay was. My flight had been cancelled, and it seemed to have been a busy weekend in Cleveland, because a lot of the local hotel airports were booked up. Considering that I had few options to choose from, I doubted this hotel was going to meet my usual preference and expectations. While it certainly is nothing close to a 4 or 5-star stay, it did the job. Although sparsely decorated, the rooms were large, clean and well-maintained and the bed was quite comfortable. It meets all the necessities. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful in our time of need. Highly recommend as a place to stay near the airport or if you find yourself in a pinch like I did.

A good option if you need to stay near airport. Quiet with a good basic restaurant. Also nearby food options within walking distance. Away from airport near car rental return but in a quiet pocket. You can ring and get picked up by Hotel shuttle and get dropped off again. All of which worked for me

If you don't have a car you are away from attractions.

the staff at breakfast were not the friendliest and liked to nickel and dime… for example, they wanted to charge 4 dollars for six ounces of milk for my son’s bottle and charged my mom an additional three dollars as she paid in cash.

It’s a nice hotel. Service was great and the room was neat and clean. It was close enough to the airport that the shuttle ride didn’t take too long, and yet you didn’t have noise from the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful!

The staff was great- we didn’t have a working microwave and that was changed out right away. Also, as we were leaving, my kids weren’t feeling good and the gentleman at the front desk gave the water and a candy bar and told them to feel better. That to me was above and beyond and wonderful customer service. The gentleman waiting the restaurant the night before also took great care of my children and I.

The location was great for easy access to the airport. Room was very clean and quiet. Bottled water was provided. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking.

We were charged more than was stated by Booking.com. Everything else was great.

I really appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service to and from airport and rental car location. The staff was very friendly. The proximity to the airport is excellent!

There are three detractors, two of which are design flaws: extremely dim room lighting, shower configuration made it impossible to turn on water and adjust temperature without getting completely drenched in icy cold water (I ended up using a hangar as a poor aid), and lack of healthy fresh food for late-arriving guests.

The room and facilities were very clean and nice! The Staff was wonderful and even brought us some extra blankets when we requested them!! The location was perfect for us to get to the airport in a timely manner!!

There was alot of construction going on at the time of our stay, so the parking lot was a little bit crowded.

My room was supringly large and comfortable. Additionally, it not only has a refrigerator in the room but a microwave, too! Awesome!

The elevator was very slow.

The location of this hotel was very convenient to many places. We got to the airport in just a few minutes but it wasn't right next door which was nice.

No complaints. We didn't stay there long so we didn't have much to say. It was not convenient for early flyers because we could not take advantage of the shuttle or the breakfast.
