Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Union Centre

The size of the room was great for 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved how the TV screen tilted from the sitting area to the bed area. Breakfast had many choices. The room had usb ports to help with charging all the electronics we had.

Tv could not screen cast from my phone. The size of the pool towel is way too small. The blanket of the beds had visible stains. No hand soap to wash your hands. Toilet was hard to flush. Usb port didn't charge my phone over night.

Rooms were comfortable; the staff was friendly, engaging, and my son was thrilled to find the little duck in his room. 😊 The front desk attendant made a little joke with him about it so he was expecting a real life duck in the room lol. My family though the breakfast was good as well.

The bottom of the pool appeared to be due for a cleaning.

Everything was good the room had plenty of room for 5 of us and breakfast was good. And the staff was so friendly and had the best experience p.s a duck in every room my kids were too excited and can't wait to stay again.

It was a bit of a drive from kings island but definitely worth it.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and well kept. The heating/cooling worked well and they even had some board games you could take to the room or play out in the lobby. The pool was smaller but nice and warm and not overpowering with chemical smell. Would definitely recommend!

The beds were a bit on the firm side but that's just a preference thing.

The pool, the lighting, the comfort of bed, location to restaurants.

The breakfast, it was decent but I feel like it was bare minimum effort. Even though breakfast is free there are other options and varieties that could of been put on the menu, despite COVID. There were few channels, most were sports or news, only a small amount of really entertaining ones. It was dusty in some places of the hotel. But it wasn’t a bad experience, those were just the few I noticed, but I stayed for 3 nights so obviously it couldn’t of been that bad!

EVERYTHING! Probably the BEST HOTEL we’ve ever booked!!! THE AMAZING STAFF, Breakfast, room amenities, cleanliness, multiple charging plugs in room, and location could not be improved upon!!!

close to Kings Island where we went and such a quick check in after a long day. beds were comfortable.

went down for breakfast and there was no hot food even waited around 15-20 minutes and still no hot food available. no vent fan in bathroom and seemed outdated.

The breakfast had a good selection. At the time we were there, it was fairly crowded but that was to be expected.

The only issue was, the hide-away bed was dirty. I told the staff upon exit.

It was comfortable and big and I had room for all of my 5 kids that came with me! The kids had fun in the pool. I will definitely be staying there again next year when I come to visit my dad! So comfortable clean and nice!

Breakfast was my only issue. There was no option for breakfast for me as I have been keto for the last 4 years.

Location was great! The staff were all exceptional! During every shift the men and women at the front desk were friendly and accommodating!

The breakfast was a little disappointing but we had just come from other hotels that were serving made-to-order eggs, sausage, bacon, the works.
