Checking in was quick, easy, and delightful upon arrival. We get to our room, start settling in and the room phone rings...after my partner, sister and I looked at each other for a second, as if to take a non-verbal vote as to whom had to answer the call, I lost the vote and picked it up. Wouldn't you know...it was the extremely nice, helpful man from the front desk giving us a call to make sure our party got into our room without issues, and to see if we needed anything else! So...I guess I actually WON because that type of customer service isn't something we encounter much these days and it made my day. Thank you sir, for you hospitality and kindness!

I was hoping for some hotel breakfast waffles after a late night at the Justin Timberlake concert and before a long drive back home, but the couple things I did grab for a quick breakfast was enough to hold me over.

The breakfast was ok. Everything else about this hotel was great. Will definitely stay again. The staff was extremely helpful.

The beds were great and comfortable!

There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer and we had to pay to wash our clothing

Really rough towels and toilet paper. They started banging around cleaning in the hallway and rooms at 730am waking everybody up. Plus, the booking says there's a "sofa bed" for a 3rd person but there's just a chair.

The room was clean the price was good . My breakfast was not good there's no gravy potatoes just about all gone no meat. Just wasn't much. And there was nobody around taking care of it

The bed didn't sleep well, the pillows were uncomfortable, overall I love the place, but hard to recommend a room that you can get good sleep in?

Decent location, room was clean and the AC worked well. The second door leading to the parking lot was definitely convenient. The bed that was in the room was comfortable.

The room I booked was advertised as having a sofa bed in the room, but it did not...it only had the one queen. Breakfast would've probably been decent, except it was all but gone within minutes of the supposed start time of 0600. The second day I showed up at 0555 and not much was restocked. Was rather disappointed with the breakfast. Not entirely sure I'll stay here again next time.im in Tulsa.
