The location is very convenient to the Hard Rock Casino, where there is live entertainment and a good selection of restaurants. The hotel is also easy access to the freeway and other business places. It is well lit and in a safe location. The staff is very friendly and the furnishings are comfortable. Breakfast was varied and inviting.

We found the bathroom to be needing better placed grab bars and the tub to be too slick to be safe..

I’m not a food critique so don’t mind me the waffle mix was just banana flavored instead of regular and I am allergic so I was super bummed that I didn’t get to eat hotel waffles before leaving, all is well though it happens

Our rooms were not the cleanest, and things were missing from our set up, we noticed one room had shampoo conditioner and lotion while the other one only had lotion and shampoo, the floor was not swept or vacuumed and our pillow cases had stains but we weren’t too bothered we just moved the pillows to the side that we didn’t wanna use and we wore slippers so nothing would stick to our feet!

The room was clean & nice. The decor was modern and beautiful. I loved that there was a good sized bar, with good seating in the lobby. The shuttle to Hard Rock was so convenient. The hot breakfast was good, wonderful waffles. Overall it is great place to stay.

Not really anything to improve on. There was no one at the desk, at check in & check out. But it would not affect my rating. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There was NOT anything we did not like.

Exceptional location across from Hard Rock Casino. Several places to eat within walking distance, Walgreens and Walmart as well.

The common areas smelled awful the whole time we were there. It hit you as soon as you entered the hotel and was in the elevator and hallways. At least our room smelled good. The hotel could be kept cleaner and could use some updating. Breakfast wasn’t great but free.

The location was easy to find and the property was beautifully decorated. All staff we interacted with were kind, polite, and professional. This was easily the nicest La Quinta I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few due to traveling with my dogs.

Much to my sadness, I accidentally left my gold necklace on the bathroom counter and didn’t grab it before check out. Once I realized it was gone, I made a panicked call to the hotel to see if it was turned in. The front desk agent that took my info came across as disinterested and bothered by my request. I never heard back but after that call I didn’t expect to. It was a very sentimental piece of jewelry to me and I’ve started to call pawn shops in the area. Its a shame because everything else about the place and stay were fantastic.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast was outstanding.

Miscommunication about room service. Signs in my room state if you don’t want maid services hang out the do not disturb sign when hotel policy is if you need fresh towels/linens you must personally contact someone on the cleaning crew. The front desk will not relay this message to their employees for some reason. Very inconvenient for the guests.

Hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean

Not enough parking! We came back from the Hard Rock across the street and couldn't find a parking spot. Not good at 2AM when temps are in the teens. If your purpose is staying there to attend a concert at Hard Rock, or gamble ... take the shuttle!

This was the absolute most pet friendly hotel I’ve ever been to. We walked in the door for the first time and in the lounge area were a crowd of dogs and people laughing and just relaxing

We had a friend who is disabled and is in a power wheelchair, the room they put them in was on the third floor, how would she get out in case of a fire? and the bathroom was not handicapped accessible.

New remodeled breakfast area with outstanding breakfast. Very nice staff.

The first room we were given was dirty with empty beer cans and pizza boxes. The staff was apologetic and gave us an upgraded room. some of the curtains and paint on the wall were a little dirty but the important things like bed linens and bathroom were clean.

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and it was a great price! We did take advantage of the free breakfast and it was excellent. There was a waffle machine but no batter, so that was a bummer but there were lots of other options so it was great. Our bed was super comfy! Parking on-site was easy and checking was super quick and easy. The staff was very welcoming.
