The staff was very respectful, when we had any issues they were willing to get the issue solved in a timely manner. Very clean, very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel.

When we asked the house keeper to help clean the room she at first refused stating that I would need to wait til tomorrow morning. Thankfully I was able to get another staff member to help solve this issue. We was able to resolve it in less than 5 min.

There was a man that came in for breakfast at 9:45 and made a big scene about how there were no eggs left and was complaining, mind you breakfast was over in 15 minutes, he went to the staff and was VERY rude to them but they All kept there composure ( I was very embarrassed for them) and remained very professional and cooked him more eggs and asked him if there was anything else he wanted- knowing breakfast was supposed to be over long before it would be done cooking- that is class = GREAT JOB!!!!

Beds comfortable and clean. Dining room nice. Coffee bar with coffee available throughout stay. Young man working at check in was very nice and helpful.

Barndoor style bathroom door does not provide "total" privacy when closed there is about an inch between door and walls. Bathroom door hard to slide shut and to open. Cleaning needs to be a little more detailed in bathroom: floor a little dirty under vanity, in shower/tub around facet and grabbar where connects to tile there was some black gunk and also a little underneath shelves in corner of shower. Noticed floor dusty in closet when barndoor has been slid to close bathroom. Toilet would sometimes run when not in use.

Good location. Room was clean. Hallway carpet was dirty. Bathroom was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was normal hotel waffles, cheese omelets, cereal, toast, etc. Not great but adequate. Breakfast staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than keeping items filled.

the whole reason I chose this hotel was because they HAD a hot tub. went to the hot tub to find they filled it in. I was extremely disappointed. also found hair in my shower which really grossed me out.

The night staff was great, went above and beyond expectations. The morning shift at check out was terrible, Did not speak when spoken to, did not acknowledge our presence, or intend to that I could see. And there were two people at the desk at checkout when we just left the card on the desk and walked out, again with no acknowledgement from either.

Liked their selection of TV channels. Breakfast was great. Free water bottles. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Nice staff. Liked seeing my car from my room. Right on Route 66.

Rooms very spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and very big. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast could be better. More selection of fruit and cereals.

The breakfast was great and fresh. However, there was only 1 person working the breakfast and it was a real busy weekend and she really needed some help but she did very well keeping up with the demand.

Didn't like the pillows. Way too soft and didn't feel like they had much stuffing in them.

Visiting family over Christmas weekend. The breakfast much better than just a continental breakfast. The woman working there kept it sparkling clean. The desk staff was friendly. Bed was ok. We spent 3 nights, so we will stay here next time we visit.

Bed pillows way too soft. Need drawers for clothes. Could use more hangers.
