MANY things but, I’ll give u a few examples… 1- We arrived (my hubby & I) at L.Q. In owasso, Oklahoma on Fri 3/14 with NO reservations ( we didn’t think we would need) As we walked in I spotted the young “Kayan” just running all over trying to make everything work for anyone that needed his help. I’m at this time noticing a sign that was posted to the front desk.. Stated: We apologize for the inconvenience but we currently have our WiFi & Cable out and do NOT KNOW when we will have it back. Not thinking about it- I grab my hubby and said- “Let’s just go across to the other hotel because this one has no internet”!! He said - Umm, “ Idk babe” at this time - Kayden who is working the desk alone- And doing his best- With a smile on his face. He asked me if I had a reservation.. But, I explained to him- That no, we did not have one but we were going to another place that might’ve had WiFi. That’s when we were told that this issue was state wide- and they didn’t know when it would be back on. So, I thought- Well we might as well stay since we are here.. But, Kayden said.. “There are no rooms with no reservations. But, i had JUST SAW that Booking.com showed 3 left.. So i hoped on and made it with in seconds I had a reservation & took it to him and said . “Well, looks like u had 3 left :/ (Eeeeekkk) He called the mgr because he has no way to look at computer & able to see if we are getting the right room.. So the Manager “James” rushed in to help but in his way he pulled over in the side of the road during a MAJOR STORM.. Just to make sure my hubby and I got a place to lay our heads.. He was so nice & we were give an extra hour and half later ck out due to being there for a family surgery and needed it.. - They never knocked and wanted to see when we would be gone.. We felt like family.. From beginning to the end of our stay! It was VERY CLEAN.. The laundry smells so good.

It’s the most minimal.. Stupid … Not even a reason to dislike the room or ANYTHING for that matter.. But, the fact my bathroom had no ventilation so when I showered… It took forever to dry. But, IF THATS MY WORST EXPERIENCE.. I think It’s all good. :) 10/5 stars..

The lobby tables and sitting areas were nicely placed. Your decor was both cheerful and restful. Breakfast items were delicious. Really enjoyed the blueberry triangles. The spacious sitting area, bathroom, and bedroom were marvelous and clean scented. The king-sized bed was so very comfortable. Your staff were very courteous and quick to fix any problems we encountered. Wish we could have stayed longer, but our schedule did not permit us to do so. We will certainly strive to locate a La Quinta hotel during our future travels. Thank you for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The fold out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Two of the four of us slept on the floor using the couch cushions, which were very comfortable.

I wish I knew the names of the young man that was there at check in. He was super friendly and very helpful with questions about the rewards program and how to sign up. The woman that ran the desk and was cleaning up the breakfast area and greeting guests was also super friendly and helpful.

Just tiny things hardly worth mentioning but the bathroom mirrors have some damage or peeling at the edges I've noticed in past stays. I have stayed at your location several times in the last year or so and I keep coming back because it's clean, the rooms are well maintained generally, the size is generous and the staff is polite.

The Owasso La Quinta was great. Super clean and actually looked like the pictures. I was hesitant to stay after booking El Paso, Texas La Quinta and quickly checked out because it was disgusting. THIS Owasso Oklahoma location was very clean. I only spoke with the lady at front desk and she was very nice. The price was great as well.

The only thing I would change is the door on the closet because the handle is awkward, I broke a nail opening it. Not a big deal though.

Efficient service with warm hospitality. Great location with lotsa shopping in the vicinity. Immaculate rooms and yummy breakfast. This will be our go to hotel in Owasso, OK.

It was unfortunate the wifi was down on the day we checked in. Both wifi and TV were down on day 2. Thankfully, everything came online in the wee hours of the morning of day 3. The issues were with COX, the internet service provider and not the establishment.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and located in a great spot where you have access to stores and food needed. The staff remembered who you were and were amazingly friendly. Always inquiring about your day and asking how your stay was and were attentive to everything.

The stay was amazing. The only downside was the bathroom. It does not vent, so when you shower, it fogs really bad to the point it starts fogging the outside of the door. This causes everything in the bathroom to get really slick. The shower curtain isn't really good, so water gets everywhere, and the showerhead only sprayed out of one side, making the pressure really hard and making it hard to rinse off.

First time staying here, loved the location, easy to get to, quiet area, comfortable beds, and close to a variety of restaurants. Stayed there on our trip up North and on our return, it was an automatic to stay there again.

Pillows on the Queen room were terrible. Going to start traveling with my personal pillows, seems to be a norm in all the hotels we have stayed in, inconsistent pillow quality.

Staff were excellent and super friendly. Fast elevator. Hot breakfast including eggs and sausage that were gluten free, included juice and fruit, waffles and pancakes. Everything seems new or very clean. Walk in shower. Parking was easy. Restaurant options close by. Easy location for us from what we were doing either by freeway or by surface streets. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Our home is super quiet when we sleep and our a/c heat unit seemed very loud and we woke up every time it cycled on. Not sure that doesn't happen everywhere though. Would love other chair options when picking a room, a recliner or a foot stool I knew that when we booked but if I could make a suggestion that might be it.

It was a newer & clean place to stay, the breakfast was delicious.

On the second morning, my wife didn't have hot water for her shower, I took one after her and let the hot water run for 15 minutes before I had hot water. There were probably not enough people on our floor.

The room was bigger than expected! The staff were all friendly and kept everything clean and refreshed. Communication before and during our stay was exceptional! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

The pillows were the only downside of our stay. They were flat yet lumpy in the most uncomfortable way.
