The room was a nice size and comfortable.

They had the "breakfast" extremely streamlined apparently "because of covid". Muffins, coffee and juice was it. I was greatly disappointed because complimentary breakfast is one requirement for me to book a room and I don't see how serving real breakfast would have otherwise endangered anyone. Also the bedspread in the room was dirty. We just tossed it in the floor and didn't use it. The toilet seat was discolored and stained. I'm sure it had been cleaned but was a bit unsightly and needs to be replaced.

The room and property were clean, well kept, and active during our stay. Parking was easy and well lit and we felt safe. Property was easily accessible. I would stay here in the future if passing through the area.

Minimal hot breakfast options - only waffles. It would be nice to have hot eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, etc available as options.

pool was pretty cold(our kids lips were blue) and found a baggie with cannabis and a glass pipe wrapped in a towel in our bathroom….

The room was very quiet however the noise from the other guests talking in the hallway comes right through the door. Also someone had a trailer with a bunch of hunting dogs that started barking about 5:30 am which the hotel couldn't control. However, maybe some better sound proof doors?

Room was clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated. Smaller carts to handle over night luggage, very easy to maneuver. Night clerk very friendly and apologetic over room slip up.

Not as close to I44 as we thought. Originally given keys to an occupied room. Would have liked a sofa vs just a chair. Bedding had various stains, too tired after such a long day on the road, simply overlooked it.

Paid a premium price because the hotel was supposedly booked. I got the only room that was available all 3 nights that I needed to stay. However, there was never more than a few cars in the parking lot and I only seen a few, probably less than 5, other guests the whole time I was there. They were definitely not fully booked.

The location was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful!

Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Breakfast could have offered a few more items. e.g. there were no boiled eggs.

Clean. Seemed new or least the decor was updated. Didn’t stay for breakfast so no comments.

They did not accept my AAA card b/c I booked online. Have not received a response from Booking.com about this small problem.
