The room was a nice size and comfortable.

They had the "breakfast" extremely streamlined apparently "because of covid". Muffins, coffee and juice was it. I was greatly disappointed because complimentary breakfast is one requirement for me to book a room and I don't see how serving real breakfast would have otherwise endangered anyone. Also the bedspread in the room was dirty. We just tossed it in the floor and didn't use it. The toilet seat was discolored and stained. I'm sure it had been cleaned but was a bit unsightly and needs to be replaced.

The room and property were clean, well kept, and active during our stay. Parking was easy and well lit and we felt safe. Property was easily accessible. I would stay here in the future if passing through the area.

Minimal hot breakfast options - only waffles. It would be nice to have hot eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, etc available as options.

Room was clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated. Smaller carts to handle over night luggage, very easy to maneuver. Night clerk very friendly and apologetic over room slip up.

Not as close to I44 as we thought. Originally given keys to an occupied room. Would have liked a sofa vs just a chair. Bedding had various stains, too tired after such a long day on the road, simply overlooked it.

The room was very quiet however the noise from the other guests talking in the hallway comes right through the door. Also someone had a trailer with a bunch of hunting dogs that started barking about 5:30 am which the hotel couldn't control. However, maybe some better sound proof doors?

pool was pretty cold(our kids lips were blue) and found a baggie with cannabis and a glass pipe wrapped in a towel in our bathroom….

Paid a premium price because the hotel was supposedly booked. I got the only room that was available all 3 nights that I needed to stay. However, there was never more than a few cars in the parking lot and I only seen a few, probably less than 5, other guests the whole time I was there. They were definitely not fully booked.

For the most part the room was clean and it smelled fresh. The rest of the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was helpful and nice when I asked for sheets and a blanket for the sofa bed and silverware. Great location near several restaurants & shopping.

There was trash that was missed behind the dressers and under the sofa bed. (Not much). Breakfast was only fruit (because of covid, understandable but it still stinks).

It was nice, clean and except for the trains, fairly quiet.

The room was very dark, I turned on every lamp in the room and couldn't read the newspaper. I had to put the bedside lamp right on the edge and put my paper under the shade to read it. I gave up. Couldn't even think about reading my book! I'll bring a light bulb with me, if I go back..

Clean. Seemed new or least the decor was updated. Didn’t stay for breakfast so no comments.

They did not accept my AAA card b/c I booked online. Have not received a response from Booking.com about this small problem.

The location was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful!
