Didn't have the breakfast; the coffee was fine. When I first arrived, it was as if they were going to say I didn't really have a reservation because I booked on line, but finally they accommodated and accepted my confirmation. The staff were pleasant and just kept trying to help, which I appreciated, even though iy made me late for a concert I was attending and I missed my favorite artist. I like that they have a liberal pet policy and I travel with my dog.

Really had no serious dislikes, I did end up paying more than my confirmation said I would pay, so I definately felt I should have paid what I was given on line; but faced with a town that was overbooked, I gladly paid and went on. Needed the room.

I’ve been staying at this place off and on for longer than I ever would have thought I’d be, and I’m happy to have opportunity to give good reviews and praise to the current staff.. all the current staff… it’s never seemed like a terrible place they my ins and outs and revisits back here but for the past 6 months I’ve seen a complete turn over adding brand new faces to the entire staff and they have seemed to found a way to make a team that cares for the place they represent and never lack of friendliness, helpfulness, pleasant appearances, clean rooms and not so many new unfamiliar faces each time I visit. nothing but praise that I can offer for my review. thank you’s from myself to the staff here at motel 6 claremore

Everything we needed was provided. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfy and room was nice and cold.

Slight gap in door that let in light. Everything else was fine. That was not a big issue.

The room had been remodeled. Everything was exceptionally clean with no odors. New mattress on the bed. Everything worked including the hot water.

Too close to the railroad tracks. Seems like a train went by every hour.

this was absolutely the nicest place I've stayed in for the price anywhere and i travel A LOT!!! I will be booking here again

There was nothing to complain about honestly

staff has really been very friendly and extra helpful as far as assisting with carrying bags or items without being promoted to do so, etc..

didn’t like some of the areas that have a little more visible pet damage and wear. and tho I know it’s a difficult task to keep a 24 hour business looking super clean or spotless, the staff currently working here have really made great progress in the eyes of this customer in the past 6 months or so

have stayed here many times on my visits to this area for several years now. never charged a surprise large deposit yon check in, no extra charge for my loyal companion a10 yr old mini chihuahua, affordable, comfortable, great location for walking distance to food and Walmart and even bank/atm. staff has changed often each visit but most recent visit I noticed an entirely new staff with exception of one face familiar from previous stays. and was very impressed and enjoyed observing this entirely nww group of employees during my 3 or 4 day stay as they all weee new to each other and this particular facility , yet such communication as they learned their job duties, helped each other with unexpected or not yet experienced issues that occur, big and small, and I’m hopeful that in the future visits here I will be blessed to experience this same staff hosting and providing service and smooth running motel service together as a well bonded and balanced team and enjoying the bond I hope will be created and tho I have few complaints of staying here, I am excited to come back and see the improvements to be enjoyed even more from these friendly faces. good luck to you all and thank you for the great service!!!!

i liked just about everything and only thing that kinda sucked was originally booked two suites but booking was canceled so had to do other rooms. i understood what happened and definitely like the place overall

Coffee and staff were excellent

They worked with us on paying the daily rate after check in and never harassed us for the payment or required us to make the payment before checkout time. Very understanding. Kept as at the lower weekly room rate per night even though we were booking the 2nd week by the day.

Was not anything we didn't like. Wish there were kitchenettes in the room and we would have stayed longer.
