All the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and helpful The establishment was exceptionally clean, best breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel and I felt very safe in this establishment

I did want to swim I would’ve rather a little more sun on the pool, but I understand most people shy away from the sun, but in my experience, a family brought children in diapers, put them in the pool, and then they took the diapers off and put the children back in the pool, which was extremely disgusting to me, so I didn’t swim And our last night there the room above had an extremely large person stopping all night even after calling the front desk

Its was a full hotel, but I had a quiet comfortable room. Even though I didn't make use of it, I did like the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service into the city center. The continental breakfast was what you expect from that and the coffee was good. Seemed to be a very family friendly place.

I'm not crazy when hotels add on an extra fee for incidentals. There were no special TV channels nor a fridge full of snacks. When I checked out, I asked the staff about it and they said that if there were no damages, the amount would be refunded in a couple of days. Since they already have the card number, this seems unnecessary.

The room was great - very clean and spacious. The beds were average but we slept fine. Staff were friendly enough and check-in and out were a breeze. I had never stayed at a Country Inn and was impressed with the kitchenette in our room - apartment sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, and range top. There was a nice little shop in the lobby with drinks, snacks, OTC medications and it was surprisingly inexpensive (2 sodas and some Advil for $6). The pool was very clean and nice and had a large shallow area that's perfect for sunning or littler kids to splash around. Breakfast was delicious. We had no trouble parking.

We booked a King room and there wasn't one available at check-in, so we were given a double queen room. Honestly, it wasn't a problem for my husband and I and we kind of enjoyed having our own beds but maybe would have bothered someone else.

The room was as good as a five star hotel, better than the photos. Room was large and well furnished, very comfortable bed, kitchen workable, full sized fridge, large bathroom, good lighting. Staff were sweet. The shuttle into Bricktown worked by request so no need to comply with any timetables. Breakfast was above average.

The location, amongst a lot of other chains (although this by Radisson is independently owned and run), is right in the middle of a jumble of freeways. We thought we could walk to Bricktown, but it really would have been difficult with no pavements. The pool needs some umbrellas, no shade.

Fresh and modern. The room was a suite with a nice, huge space. The hotel is a little off the downtown area but offers a shuttle to many areas to crab dinner, etc! Very thoughtful. The hotel, grounds, room and staff were really awesome. Even the breakfast was a step up! (I generally despise hotel breakfast)

*preface by saying this is no fault of the property There was a pretty bad storm and the power was out for several hours the night we stayed. The wind made something clank outside our window most of the night from that. The people next door were apparently terrified of the storm? I dunno but they screamed, squealed, and were just generally loud throughout the storm-from 11pm until 2am or so.

Loved EVERYTHING about this hotel (well except the fact that the shower area is designed to shower without a shower curtain, but housekeeping does a great job if you’re worried about having a wet bathroom). Great breakfast options, both warm and cold. Exceptionally clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Having a kitchenette with provided pans, pots, plates, cups, and silverware, oversized fridge plus freezer, a washer, and stove top is what impressed me the most for the price. I’ve spent several days in many other hotels and I wish I knew about this place a long time ago. 100% RECOMMENDED!

Nothing.

It was very clean and was in a good location with 3 other hotels. The room had a little kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, small glass top stove, dishwasher and microwave with the needed utensils to do your own cooking. Very close to Bricktown which was nice. We were there for the WCWS and it took about 10 minutes to get to the stadium. Really enjoyed out 8 night stay.

The only problem I had was when I asked a few of the housekeepers for something they didn’t speak or understand English.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the continental breakfast was better than most places I've stayed in.

Two things: There was nothing within walking distance. The Brick Town [?] area was relatively close, but the road to get there is not really walkable. I had just driven ten hours and really didn't want to get back in the car to go to dinner. The doors to the rooms slam shut every time someone leaves their room. My room was next to a big family whose kids were in and out of their room what seemed like every few minutes.

We booked this room last minute after going to our original hotel and finding it to be in a rougher part of town. It was a safe, quiet area near what looked like the baseball field maybe (we came in late and left pretty early so I didn't get a good look). Check in was easy and the hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The people above us were stompers but that was out of everyones control so I won't count it against our stay. I would stay here again if I was going through OKC again.

There was a $25 temporary incidentals fee that wasn't communicated very well. It was $25 so I wasn't worried about it but it did seem like we were being over charged until we spoke to the person at check out.

A great value; the room was more than I expected with features such as a kitchenette and extra chair in room. It was clean, modern, and quiet with a great location near Bricktown. The breakfast had a great variety, with hot food as well as conventional continental fare. I was also able to check out from my room over the phone.

There wasn't 24 hour coffee in the lobby, and the "plush" chair in the room was hard and not very comfortable. The modern shower stall didn't have a door, but it was that way on purpose and didn't cause a problem.
