Beds were comfortable. Kitchenete was very nice to have. The lamps were movable, they weren't bolted down. No house keeping unless requested. Tap and go room door locks.

Toilet seat was the really cheap plastic. You had to hold the seat up otherwise it would fall down. Room was not very bright, bulbs could be somewhat higher in wattage. Kitchen hand towels not very good, not absorbent. Hallway carpet needs replaced, very worn. Only one elevator working.

Great location, amazing value for the spacious room - you could be comfortable there for a long time due to the above average kitchenette area. I loved the large amount of desk area as well, that would be great for someone on a work trip.

The microwave door handle was broken and jagged, so it was really difficult to open safely. I wanted to take a bath but there was no bathtub (only a shower). The food at breakfast was just okay, even for a hotel breakfast, and the hot foods were cold.

Sarah was great at check-in, and we really liked the room. There was a problem with the light in the bathroom and Sarah tried to get us another room but there were none that were available for both nights of our stay. Instead, they provided us a discount for the room. The discount did not get applied, but Cynthia who was working in the AM was able to get it for us. We loved the kitchen area, full size fridge, and two burners. Great location for getting on roads to get around the city. Close to Bricktown River Area.

Only thing I can think of is more grab bars in the shower for safety

Location to OU Medical (2 miles away), Free on sight parking, large suites, locks on bedroom door and bathroom door.

This is a two star hotel, so don’t expect fancy. Price is good for the area and perfect if you need to stay multiple days. Bring your own utensils and dishes if you plan on using the kitchen area. (supplies limited). Microwave in my room didn’t work (I used a family member’s room for microwave) Breakfast was a hit/miss…not served everyday and not impressive. Outside doors did not appear to lock…never needed my “key” to enter the hotel.

I’d rather either that the rooms be cleaned after I leave or every day of my stay. I say this since one day they cleaned and the next they didn’t, so I didn’t expect for them to come back in my room until after I left. I had a hard plastic drinking straw that went with my mug. I decided to leave it on the counter since I purposely put a lot of ice in my cup to use it. Apparently it was trashed because when I came back to the room and they had cleaned up. My straw was gone.

Once we walked in the doors it was a very smooth and fast check in. I got surprise the fact when we walked in our room it had kitchen facilities. Silverware, plates, cups, pan, kitchen utelsils, felt like a little studio home.

Our phones didnt have much signal. Understandable because we werent the only ones with wifi. Theres other hotels around.

It was amazing—clean, nice ambiance, and very good. We asked the person at the counter to switch us to a room with a better view, and he did it instantly. The rooms were clean, very nice, and comfortable. The location was really great too.

Ther was nothing to not like. Everythign was good. clean, taken care of, and exceptional. no complaints at all :D

I love that you have a full refrigerator and freezer, and that you offer a shuttle service to nearby areas, like the Paycom center. It made our whole experience amazing and I will only be staying with y'all when I'm in the area.

The lobby was a little warm when we were checking in and out. I hope you let your employees have a fan or something since it's likely difficult to keep that area cool, with the automatic entry door.

it was a convenient location to the OU Medical Center where I had surgery.

a guy was tipsy and burned a pop tart in his room all the smoke and fire alarms went off and the dog across the hall was howling (of course that’s normal for pups to howl at sirens) so the hotel had to be evacuated and first responders were called in after midnight so my husband had some excitement overnight! ;) All was well. No fire. just an extra crispy pop tart. 🔥☄️

location to downtown good. room good. breakfast was good. nice to have a pool.

walk to downtown although not far was a bit rough to walk. Be aware do not leave anything in cups or glasses in the room as the cleaner although didnt clean the room or make the bed threw out contents of large glass of neat vodka (1/4 bottle). Still baffled by her actions.
