The breakfast was excellent. The food choices were great and there was at least one person keeping it all stocked and fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. The TV worked just like normal and the location is pretty good compared to some in Tulsa.

The shower knob wasn't working right and the water was only coming out HOT with no way to turn it cooler without turning it off. This building could also use more elevators so you didn't have to wait so long to get up and down.

Well the elevator was broken that week, so I had to carry my bags up the stairs. To the second floor 😳. There wasn't a tub but a huge luxury shower. I really can't complain!

The bed was very comfortable. The added soap, shampoo and conditioner were very nice. The size of the room was very nice.

The elevator was very slow but it would not prevent us staying here again. There was also a very strong cleaning solution smell on our floor but once again it wouldn't prevent us from staying in the future.

Upon our arrival we met a very professional, friendly, helpful front desk clerk whose service was commendable. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

After our initial meeting with the wonderful lady at the front desk, we could not get assistance from the front desk replacements. It appeared, there was no one managing the desk. Also, our room was not cleaned, and after being left on hold and hanging up, my husband was told by the clerk that we had to request a room clean, but we had no literature or knowledge that that was the procedure.

The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of items, even bacon and sausage. Staff was friendly and things were fairly new. The location worked well for me.

It would be nice if there was more parking on the front side of the building, but it worked out okay. There wasn't any ice in the ice machine when I needed it, but later it was working just fine. All in all, it was a good place to stay.

We were in town for the Black Wall Street Bike Rally. While relaxing at the hotel, we were able to kick back and enjoy outside with the approval of the staff. They were very hospitable, professional, polite, and friendly.

The only thing we looked forward to that wasn't available was the outside pool. However, the staff was in the process of getting it prepared. No biggie because the outside patio served us justice.

Location is wonderful with many things within walking distance. There is a walking park right outside. Good size room with microwave and mini fridge. The staff was so friendly and helpful with check in/out.

Parking is a little tight but still pretty good.

Perfect job location! Pet friendly and had hot breakfast in the mornings! It was VERY CONVENIENT!!

I can say the price could be better. But through Booking.com it did help.
