From check-in to check-out, the staff was fantastic. So friendly and engaging. Orlando, helped my roommate and a couple of other people in our group find a restaurant and order an UBER. I didn't catch everyone's name but they really were all helpful, always greeted us, and asked if we need anything. The room was perfect and housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and bring us towels. The convenience of being across from the convention center was a plus too. I'm a picky breakfast eater and they had a great selection to choose from. Eggs with bacon, sausage links, little ham rounds ( the rotated days with the meats, not all 3 on the same day), biscuits and gravy, waffles, various pastries and toast, cereal, or instant oatmeal. Coffee, tea, and juice were available also. I'm sure I'm missing some things but it was a lot!

The only thing I would say, and this is only a warning, not a complaint, for people with long hair or thick hair, the shower head has 2 settings and neither produces a medium to high water spray. It might take longer to rinse your hair if you're used to that. So, best to wait to take your shower if you're in a hurry!

Just a wonderful stay!! Started with our check in. Kimberly checked us in, she is so very warm and welcoming. Her sincerity when letting us know to call for any needs, as well as throughout our stay, treating and talking with us like we were old friends. I also noticed this same interactions with other guest. This is a wonderful quality, one of which was exhibited from all the other hospitality providers!! This establishment is very clean and kept. We felt comfortable, safe and welcome in all areas of this establishment. Breakfast was wonderful. So much so I ate a little too much,,,the food taste very good and area kept very clean at Al times. We will most definitely stay here again!!!

Lighting in bathroom is good. However, due to needing to do make up for a competition, it could have been a little brighter. But lighting was good. Parking, I can’t lie, parking was rough was rough. Very tight, especially in a truck.

The breakfast is incredible. The young man that prepares it takes a lot of pride in his work. The value is great. My family has stayed at this hotel 4 times and are always satisfied with our visit. Will book again.

The rooms could be a little cleaner and the location is a bit of a walk to downtown Tulsa. It's not a luxury hotel but it's an incredible value that is great for families or anyone passing through Tulsa.

Curbs in lower outdoor parking lot not clearly marked, causing slight confusion while headed to covered parking under the building.

Flooring materials, including carpeting and boxes of laminate flooring, were stored just outside of lower parking lot elevator and in main hallway on lobby in front of elevators, instead of in an unused room set aside for such storage so that the guest need not be aware of work yet to be completed.

Great location for the event we were going to. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The only downside to our stay here was the breakfast. We went down at 8:30 and there was no coffee, no cups for juice, no forks, and no way to get the biscuits out of the toaster.

Friendly Staff. Myke checked us in early as the room was ready. Breakfast was great. It was close to all that we wanted to do. COX Business Event Center was an easy walk from hotel. Could even us the Skywalk at the Double Tree next door. It was very quiet on the floor and the hotel was sold out the night we were staying.

Every time I visit Tulsa I can count on. La Quinta to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was great.

The door to the parking lot was not locked. Usually, you have to use your key card to get in that door and this time we found by accident that it was unlocked.

The properly was great the location was great everything was walking distance or you can write the scooters Uber‘s to get to places was like $8.06 dollars breakfast was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very clean.

what I didn’t like about the property was our key cards kept going out so we had to keep replacing our key cards

Couldn't change the temperature in the room

Door to my room didn't close smoothly, need to pull on it. The problem was that when I returned in the evening the door was ajar from when the maid cleaned the room and left without pulling it shut.
