The room was very clean and unique in comparison to the typical hotel room stays. The bonus area upon entering made working on the computer much more comfortable. My canine companion was the reason for my stay, and he found the bed to be extremely comfortable/ he has pins and cement along his central spine. The pet relief area was larger than any we have ever encountered in and out of the U.S. We also liked the fenced in area beside the bar for dinner and a late night drink. Truly was the most pet-friendly stay for our adventures.

I had to keep asking about which areas I was allowed to enter with the dog. Perhaps a list of pet-friendly rules either at the front desk or in the room would benefit future guests?

room was great. location perfect since we were there for a concert just down the street.

the only issue was check in. we did not arrive early, however there was about an hour wait for our room. multiple people waiting to get a room and it was well beyond the check in time.

The room was clean, the decor was fun, and the room layout was unique and we liked it. The bed, temp, and lighting were are great.

The lobby, pool area, and elevator were not as clean as I would have expected. There was only one staff member and that person was doing a good job, but was overworked and it would have been better to have at least 2 people around.

I thought especially for booking so close to the date of our stay, that we got a good value for the money. Also, having a room with a view of downtown was a huge plus.

Parking... while our parking spot was super convenient, there was really no option besides the paid parking. Its really not a huge deal though.

I liked the style of the hotel.

I didn’t like the food at the hotel restaurant/bar. I also didn’t like that the hotel just had style, but it was designed practically. Little to no storage.

It was an excellent location and the bed mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and customer service was outstanding!!!

Due to Covid-19: It look like the room was missing a chair for the other desk, No electric at the second desk and it looked like where a sofa was missing.

Comfortable, near by restaurants on a walking distance. Room was big and beds comfortable. Will consider stay there again. Acces to a gym.

Unfortunately never saw houskeeping stayed there few days with kids trash cans started overfilling. Wish they had breakfast included.

it was very close to where my meetings were being held for the conference I was attending which made it extremely convenient! I also liked the parking that was available.

I didn’t get to explore much because of my schedule.

Everything was great except NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER .I PAID 208.00 DOLLARS I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SHOWER MY HANDICAPPED MOM. ♿️ 😒

The room and location was good. The service at the front desk and housekeep was great.

The keys did not work on our 2nd day. We had to go back down to get them reactived. Also, the cost of all food (to-go and breakfast) cost. As least breakfast items should have been included during the morning hours.
